Both children emerged from Goddard extremely well-prepared for pre-K, and have excelled academically. We found the periodic goal-based assessments of our children's progress to be especially insightful. The teachers, including Ms. Gopi, Ms. Ti'aunnah, Ms. Hannah, Ms. Madison, and Ms. Ashley have consistently impressed us and shown sincere dedication to the children they teach. All of our interactions with the administration have been positive and we have found them to be responsive and diligent. We have also found that parents of children attending the Goddard School in Southlake are friendly and welcoming. We have enjoyed the seasonal events hosted by the school and its efforts at creating a genuine sense of community among the families there. We are familiar with other pre-schools in the area, including some highly-regarded Montessori schools, and believe Goddard offers a superior academic experience and developmental environment for young children. Goddard Southlake is definitely the best and it's due to the staff. Our entire family loves and adores the teachers here. Our girls have grown and developed so much over the last year and their teachers have come to feel like family. We have been to other day cares in the Grapevine/Southlake area and Primrose is by far our favorite. The teachers and classrooms are very close knit. All the teachers are fantastic and very affectionate with my kids. My daughter's teachers know my son and vice versa. I like that the same teachers are with my kids for most of the day and that they are there when I pick my kids up. I can find out how my kids' days went directly from the source. Parents receive detailed progress reports about their child from the teachers several times a year. Each age group has their own fenced playground that is attached to their classroom. Teacher turnover is very low. We have only had one teacher leave and she was going back to college. The teachers and staff enjoy their job and it shows in everything they do. Every month, Primrose has a family appreciation day where they do something special for each family like send home fresh-baked cookies, homemade chilli and cornbread, etc. They also offer a Parent's Night Out once a month for a small charge. My son attends a computer class called Floppy's Mouse Club and exercise class called Stretch N Grow once a week for a small fee. They also offer a weekly gymnastics class. The office staff and day care director know every parent and child by name. We have had such a positive experience at Primrose Bedford and our only regret is not going there sooner!

They had trouble following a feeding schedule resulting in issues. Any time we went to pick up there were screaming kids and no hint or urge from staff to comfort. Final straw was the 6th time they didn't feed our child a scheduled feed. Told me it was because they had spit up. Come to find out he had thrown up warrantying an outfit change but they didn't bother to communicate with either parent. Terrible staff and they don't care for the kids. Don't send your children here. Not worth any amount of money for a poorly run facility that can't provide the basic care for children.

I stand by my comment that you should be ashamed, not for posting the review, but for name dropping employees AND calling them racist. You do not know these people. It is one thing to leave a bad review since you obviously had a bad experience, but name dropping and calling people racist is a totally different scenario. Your review will follow these employees should they seek other opportunities. And for the record, my granddaughter is not 100% white and we have had zero problems. I worked with Hannah about 2 months prior to starting my child at this daycare and provided her application form, payment details and my child's vaccination records, but she forgot to run the application as well as she forgot to put my child on waiting list. When I called a week prior before starting my child, Jennifer (the director) answered the call and she was not able to find my child's application. Since Hannah was not available, she had me waiting until Hannah comes in. Hannah returned my call and told me that she forgot to run the application and put my child on waiting list so now I have to wait for another two months before my child can start daycare there. With all of that she was not even apologetic and the director did not even have courtsey to call me back or apologize. I was so much relying on them and now I have to look for other daycares who can take my child in just one week. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

I originally decided on them years ago based on their low tuition prices but happened upon a goldmine of incredible staff and administration. Not only did my boys learn social skills, letters, counting, and principles, the school is run so well that when it was time for public school, I was in shock at the disorder compared to how Ms. Linda ran things at Fuller Hearts. Communication is clear and consistent, Covid protocols were excellent and prompt, and most of all our kids loved going there. I would recommend this preschool to anyone looking for a quality education and caring staff who major in excellence.
