Do not send your baby there. I thought it was perfect because it was adorable but you get what you…read morepay for. My daughter was there for three days and I had to remove her the third day because she was being neglected. She came home with a swollen hot rash all over her privates and it went up the back of her leg. They do not communicate with the parents. Here is exactly what hapoened in the three days that made me reconsider when I enrolled her her first day was 3/27/23 and they did not even have her in the system yet so I could not monitor her activity throughout the day. I had to call up to the school for them to give me access to her account. when I got access they posted a picture of her two or three hours later and she was in completely different clothes so I messaged them asking what happened to her pants at 9:59 am and I received no response. then at 11:54 am I messaged them again trying to see a picture of her and got no response. I then messaged them again saying "Hello?!" at 12:11 pm and I received no response then at 2:10 I messaged them again telling them I am on my way and once again no response. on 3/28/23 my mother, who is authorized in her file to pick her up, was supposed to check her out because she had a dentist appointment. so, at 6:27 am before I dropped her off I messaged them saying "Hello! today Mataalii's grandmother will be picking her up around one please send her with mataalii's grey bottle that had her milk in it so I can wash and refill it. Thank you! have a Good day!" once again no response. Then at 1:19 pm I messaged them again saying "please make sure the grey bottle is sent home with tali and also the bottle I left there yesterday please make sure it is sent home as well" once again no response and when my mother picked her up she REEKED of feces as if they rubbed poop in her clothes. on today 3/29/23 at 9:56 am I got an update saying she had poop leaking out of her diaper which means they are not changing her often enough and they are letting it sit on her because her diapers fit. then they said she was forming a diaper rash which does not happen because we put ointment on her all the time and I sent them there with some diaper ointment. then at 11:05 am, they sent another update saying the rash was spreading. At 10:29 am I sent a message to her teacher saying "can you please change her a little more often she never has blowouts with me so I would really appreciate it if you would change her diaper more often so that does not happen thank you." and at 11:33 am I sent a message saying there was diaper rash cream in her bag and to please put it on her. once again no response. when I picked her up today she had a huge rash going from her private area up the back of both her legs and when I was trying to clean it and apply the ointment they should have put on it in the first place. She was wincing and whinning as if it was hurting her. I will never be sending her back here and I would Never recommend them to anybody.

The place is dirty, looks unorganized , dark, gloomy, it just had a negative vibe from the minute the doors were open to look inside. I was being toured the room where my daughter would be - it was outdated - looked like it was an old thrift store - no thought or love or care put into the facilities but whatever .. but then it got real bad when I was toured in the cafeteria . the lights were turned off , they had some weird meditation music , and 5 watchers standing around awkwardly like prison guards. The group of children sat there looking miserable and scared . One child sat there crying at the top of his lungs and NO ONE - not even the director (who stopped her conversation with me to let me know it was his first day ) ever acknowledged the child or nurtured him . He continued to cry and the director kept speaking and the 5 prison guards just stood there with blank faces - and at that point I wanted to go to the child and just hold him and my mind just couldn't focus on anything that lady was saying to me anymore - at that point the child made a run for the door and one of the prison guards ran quickly to grab him . That dude grabbed the child like a rag doll by his arms and plopped the baby back in the chair - again never talking to the child or acknowledging that the baby was clearly scared and highly upset. I saw enough and just told blurted - "yeah I'm going to leave I can't - so no one is going to nurture the child or hold him or anything ? This is definti not the place for me". If your baby started Little Tykes today Thursday Dec. 14, 2023 - he had a traumatic day. Figure out a way to borrow money if you need to and find a better place to leave your children. This has me sick to my stomach all day. That was with a prospect around - imagine when they are alone with these people !!!!!

I want to give a special shoutout to Jojo, Madi, and Robin -- they have been absolutely incredible and have made such a positive impact on my son. Their patience, kindness, and genuine love for the kids truly shows, and it does not go unnoticed. That said, every single teacher here deserves recognition. The entire staff treats the children like their own, creates a warm and positive environment, and communicates so well with parents. Jannet was amazing and so welcoming, and I had no doubt that I wanted my son to attend Junior Junction. From his very first day, I was never called to pick him up--he loved daycare! I cannot say enough good things about the entire team. The facility is incredibly clean and organized, and the teachers and staff are wonderful. Since starting in November 2024, my son has learned so much. He enjoys going to daycare, and sometimes he doesn't even want to leave! That gives me so much peace of mind knowing he is learning and being well cared for while I am at work. Additionally, he has only been sick once, and that was from something he caught at home, not at school.
