After i confronted the teacher, she was very unprofessional and stated she was overwhelmed with the amount of students per teacher ratio. Not only that, the only week that my son has been here they only gave one update. Lastly, if your kids have speech, be prepared for them to have their session in their small disorganized office with the teacher in the room on their phone and when the therapist stated it was a distraction, they proceeded to tell them to have their session in the only busy hallway and eventually the only quiet area they could find was the kitchen which is unacceptable!! As a single parent I just want a safe space for my son, communication and transparency. That's not too much to ask for. So if you want to send your kids to a center with 0 accountability, where they will hide problems instead of being upfront with you, this is the place. If they had been upfront with not having space for speech I wouldnt have even enrolled in this center in the first place.

Everyone we've interacted with, from directors to teachers have been wonderful, and seem to legitimately enjoy working here. My wife came from an ECE (Early Childhood Education) background and has worked several places as a teacher, curriculum planner, and as assistant director and as such has fairly strong awareness about centers and what to watch out for - she has been consistently blown away by the interactions with staff, state of the school, and the classrooms. As for our daughter, after her first week of getting over being 'away from mommy and daddy', she started getting VERY excited about going to school - since then, we've watched her grow into a clever and curious little girl and this center is a big part of that! She comes home talking about her friends, her tumble class (which is an extra service that can be added, provided by Coach Ty), the butterflies in the garden, and all the art and activities they do! We get photos of the activities in the app, updates on what she's learning, and she bring home fun art projects just about weekly. Overall, this center has clearly contributed very positively to her growth, and we look forward to being here for years to come!

Since the management change two months ago, this facility has unfortunately gone downhill. My…read more2-year-old has come home with more unexplained injuries in the last few weeks than in our entire two years here. These wounds are often not treated properly, and there have been multiple times where no incident report was filed -- and neither my husband nor I were informed by staff. The assistant director, Vanessa Ortiz, has extremely poor communication skills. It often takes more than a full school day to get a response to emails about serious issues like injuries. When we've tried to address concerns in person, we're met with excuses, not answers -- and certainly no sense of urgency. Also, if you have an issue and ask for the teacher's names (since we don't know their names due to so much turn over), don't expect to get them without the director reaching higher above her and then telling you to reach out to the area or regional director :) Shockingly, some teachers have even stepped in during conversations with other staff and *yelled* at us while trying to defend one another. The stories we're told rarely add up, and it feels like there's a serious lack of transparency and accountability. Supervision in the classrooms is clearly lacking, and poor communication seems to be used as a cover-up rather than a fix. There has also been an alarming amount of turnover among staff and students in just the last two months alone. That said, I want to give a huge shoutout to Mrs. Margie, Mrs. Wanda, and Ms. Jasmine. These amazing ladies are the only reason we're waiting until summer to pull our son. We truly appreciate the love and care you show our baby -- thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
