The director, Amanda, is unresponsive and dismissive, which sets the tone for the entire operation. Communication is inconsistent, and the operation is disorganized. The handbook lacks clarity. Policies contradict each other, and important information is often passed by "word of mouth." I liked most of the teachers; they genuinely cared and kept my son safe. However, the constant turnover made it difficult to establish a stable environment. My son had three different lead teachers in just five months. Safety concerns and inconsistencies. It was revealed to me, quietly of course, that there had been no fire drills during my son's time there. The hours changed from 7:30-6 to 9-4 unless paying extra. I also think there were time that the ratio wasn't correct. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, the leadership and organization issues make Green Space a place to avoid. I wasted time, money, and peace of mind. If you value stability and clear communication, look elsewhere. The Texas licensing page says that they provide snacks and the handbook says that they provide snacks. Apparently that's only the toddler class and older. And my final complaint, I sent an email to the owner at the end of October, three months after my child had started there, expressing all of my concerns and feedback. She never responded. Now that I have experienced a different daycare, one right across the street, I see how much Green Space was lacking.

She even mentioned to one teacher, "Sebastian May be ok, but you have to make sure that mom is ok as well". This has been the constant support and response to every concern, which has been addressed with genuine and immediate resolution. Because of how my son has been thought of and taken care or we feel comfortable leaving him there extended hours during, Parents Night Out". He even participates in the extracurricular activities that the center offers for a fee and at age 2, he loves soccer! Academia is the final pillar of success that this location has delivered on. My son knows how to count to 20 (and has been able to since he was 23 months)! They've assisted in potty training him- he's nearly 100% independent! And his word usage has been recognized by family & friends as one of the strongest they've seen at his age. We thought about taking him out to a more economical school, but when we measured the return on value with the cameras, diversity, advanced learning, and low turn over of his classmates whom he loves, it's just unparalleled! From the moment you walk into the school, the environment does not feel particularly warm or welcoming. My biggest concern, however, has been the way my questions and concerns regarding the Odyssey program (TEFA funding) have been handled. I have been actively communicating with Odyssey regarding the funding process and was informed that the school could take up to 30 days to receive the funds. Odyssey also provided me with information that I was instructed to give to the school. I have been doing my best to act as the middle person between Odyssey and the school to make sure everyone has the information needed and that the funding process moves forward. Unfortunately, when I have tried to communicate with the Director of Admissions about the situation or asked if she could reach out to Odyssey directly regarding questions or clarification, I have not felt supported. Instead, I have been left feeling as though the responsibility of figuring everything out has been placed entirely on me. What has been most disappointing is the tone and manner in which I have been treated when trying to address these concerns. I understand that funding processes can be complicated and that the school may have its own policies and procedures, but I don't think that excuses being rude, dismissive, or unkind toward a parent who is genuinely trying to make sure everything is handled correctly. I would hope that a school serving children and families would prioritize patience, understanding, professionalism, and clear communication, especially when parents are making an effort to navigate a complicated funding process. I am not upset that there is a process to follow--I am highly disappointed in how I have been treated while trying to follow that process. I hope the school takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more welcoming and respectful experience for families.

I have submitted a delete review request, and do not know why the review is still active. However, it's incredibly unprofessional to share details on who has and has not toured the facility. From a privacy perspective, I would expect more from a preschool. Regarding this particular Keller location, my nephew attended school here a year ago. He is on the spectrum, within one week he was asked not to return. The facility did not contact him directly, rather was told not to return by a note in his lunchbox.

They have been so amazing through all of the Covid concerns, and worked with us as parents when times were so uncertain. Here is my review from last year: I toured so many daycares before choosing one for my then 18 month old. For some reason this one did not show up on my search and we ended up at Goddard. We spent 6 months there and it was a really rough 6 months... we decided to try a different place because too many incidents continued to happen. We were referred here by a friend, and signed up at our tour. I cannot say enough good things about this center. The rooms are huge. You have the option to see your baby on camera throughout the day. The teachers are so calm and sweet. They go above and beyond the state teacher to child ratio requirement. The front door is very secure. They provide meals, cots and sheets that they wash daily, and sippy cups for you baby. They have an indoor play area for bad weather and a splash pad. Our daughter had a little accident and they were quick to call my husband and I to let us know, and we were able to watch the accident played back to us since there are cameras. Just a tiny fall. There's a million other great things about this center, but these are just the ones that our previous daycare didn't offer. We were also paying more at our previous daycare. We feel so secure here!! My issues are the liberties they are taking without communicating with parents. Example one, my four year old daughter got in the car to tell me a boy in her class ran around naked and she saw his privates. No one from the school spoke to me about it. When I called, the owner acknowledged that she saw me on the way in and out at pickup and neglected to bring it up. Additionally, my child is now reciting pre-meal prayers that she learned from the teacher. We were never informed that any type of religion would be taught or in required, if we were, we never would have enrolled her.
