The huge metal leaf with all the tiny detail, the tempus fugit bell tower, and other contemporary arts really make a statement. So also do the lit streets around the complex square. One of the coffee shops I visited almost everyday on my short trip was the Ascension coffee. I didn't even try another to compare, they had such unique holiday flavors going on I just kept coming back for more. Note : there are plenty of food options of all kinds. Overall, it was worth the drop-in and I hope I get to explore more in my future visits.

However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here. Choose another property just simply so you don't have to deal with the hassle.
