You have to climb up first to get to the slides. The slides are the perfect length for toddlers! I know some slides that I have encountered are super high up, risking the kiddos bumping their heads if they are going down solo. There was a ride on toy car, rock climbing wall, ball pit, stuff animals, target shopping area, puzzles, etc. Let's just say it was the perfect size for my toddler to run around without me worrying. I was able to keep my eyes on him while carrying a conversation. Most importantly, they keep the place so clean. You can tell when a location is not worn down based on the cleanliness of the mats and colorful padding. The weekend is a popular time for others to reserve birthday parties. Make sure to check their website to see what the hours are open play for the day. For example, today open play was from 9-11am and 5:30 to 9pm. We will definitely be back if we happen to be in the vicinity.

My only complaint was that the room was stocked with any supplies so anytime you needed something you had to hunt down a staff member and ask them to grab stuff when they should have had those items already stocked in the room (i.e. utensils, napkins). Overall enjoyed our visit and would recommend to other families looking for a safe, newer place for kids to enjoy and burn off their energy.

My youngest often is a bit hesitant to go up high or down slides, but he was drawn to all levels of the area from the ground floor to the 3rd floor. He had an absolute blast and had no qualms going around all the older kids running around. With that said, I will say there were several times when older kids came in to the area dedicated for younger kids and were playing a bit too rough. They were constantly bumping & knocking over not just my son, but other kids in that area as well. I get that it was unintentional and they were having fun, but it would've been nice if that area was policed a bit by employees to make sure any kids in that area were either of age or respecting the younger kids. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible. I do want to say the initial check in was good. I had a bag I should have taken home and they held it safe up front for me. Very appreciated. The rough... The location boasts "42" mini escape rooms, most are 2-4 connected rooms with a task to get to the next room. With one task to get through and no real objective or clues, it can be frustrating figuring it out. The rooms are broken or worn out. 4 initial rooms could not be entered, holding back access to 2-3 more rooms each. Anything that required touching showed its age with wear. Some rooms required crawling with worn out floors that hurt to crawl on. The place is connected to a trampoline park, we had random young kids running around Labyrinth area unsupervised. The potential.... We were able to get through 2 areas completely! The obstacle course to get through a volcano was fun! The Asylum area was great as well. But so many rooms we were just clueless as to the clues. I am not the world's best escape room person, but I've completed dozens. Hard tasks are good, nearly impossible to figure out tasks are rough, racially with broken down interactions. When this place was new, I bet it was great. For $60 total we were entertained for two hours well enough, but I can't really recommend this place with all the broken and worn down interactions. The place needs a revamp and it could be unique and great!

I took my granddaughters here about a month ago. Let's Pretend Parties held the reservation for me and we came during the summer after school was out. I live in another state and being able to do this helped tremendously. We had a MARVELOUS experience and although I can't remember her name, I've posted a picture of her here on this review. She did an OUTSTANDING job and made my granddaughters feel so special. I know she must do this over and over, but this time you couldn't tell and she did a wonderful job. When I say this time you couldn't tell is because our first experience was great, our second experience was pretty blah, but this one was VERY GOOD! Having a personable hostess, who makes the children feel so special is a tremendous value. The girls loved their dance, loved their Make-up, loved their tea time and very much want to go again. I'm sure we will get them another gift certificate for Christmas and look forward to bringing them for another delightful time.
