I booked an event and paid in full. The money was taken out of my bank account. Games2U claims that there was a "system error " and the transaction was declined. They said there is nothing they can do about it. So now I'm out almost $500. They tried to run my credit card multiple times !!! My bank confirmed they tried to run my credit card multiple times but it was only approved once. I recommend to pay in cash if you book them!!! They had the nerve to ask me to pay them again. Wow!!!!!! I am not stupid enough to be out $1000. read more

Coach joker and Martin were phenomenal.We had a game truck come to the park for my 10 year olds birthday party, the truck was having issues and did not want to cooperate. So to make up for it they had a game truck to come to school for one of the last days. All 85 elementary school students got a turn playing in the game truck. They were there for 2 hours. Coach Joker handled the crowd remarkably!Everyone got a turn ,no one got left out, everything was well controlled. The teachers raved about what a good job he did and how well organized it all was. My son was so happy and it was the best birthday celebration of his life . There is no way I will ever be able to top this one. Thank you so much! read more

This review id for the DALLAS Games2U Franchise. We booked a 2 hr party with a game truck and the hamster ball race track. I was contacted 2 days prior to my event and told that I needed to move the start time back due to a scheduling conflict. I had other vendors attending so I was only able to move it back 30 minutes. I had to contact all of the families invited to let them know it had a different start time to accommodate Games2U and their mis-scheduling. Strike one... Games2U Dallas arrived 30 minutes prior to the party start time, but then informed me that they "FORGOT" that I had booked the game truck and that they would set up the hamster ball track then run to the warehouse to get it. Strike two... They set up the hamster ball track almost on time and one coach stayed behind (he was great with the kids) while the other returned to get the game truck. He arrived back at the party 1 hour after the party had started, so the kids had only 1 hr of game truck time despite the fact that I PAID for 2 hrs... Strike three! Long story short, the main coach (Martin) told me he would call me today to "make it right" and it is now 5:00pm without a call or email. I was willing to give him some grace, but without any sort of follow up, it is unacceptable. In my opinion I should be given a full or a partial refund at a minimum. For a prepaid event contract, this is terrible...TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! read more

We booked the human Hamsterball Race for my kids' birthday party and it was a wild success. The Games2U coaches "Big Joker" and "Kevinator" were so engaging, they kept 30+ 8-11 year olds entertained for 2 hours and freed the parents up to enjoy the party without the stress of running the event. The price was a little steep, but worth it for a large crowd. The Birthday boys each got a free t-shirt too. Games2U is well organized and highly professional. read more

Very unprofessional. Arrived over an hour late to our party in Cedar Hill. Worker yelled at the children to the point that 3 of them cried. Did not have all equipment needed to fulfill our order that was paid for in advance and the main game we wanted (Fort Knight) wasn't working. I was beyond mortified. I will never use this company again. Extremely disappointed. The experience was so bad that we requested that they back up the truck and leave early after only being at our home for 40 minutes. They don't even deserve a star. They should be put out of business IMMEDIATELY!! read more

For 2 consecutive years I have relied on Games 2U for my Church Fall Festival event. And for those 2 years the Game Truck has been the most popular event. This year we added the Social Media Photo Booth and and again we found another popular event... I think I'll just go to Games 2U for all my activities next... The entire process was wonderful. It was easy to schedule and confirm and the truck was right on time on the day of the event!
