Upon drop off everything was great it was all set up they explained how to turn it on. The day of the party everything was going great until about half way through the birthday party. A guest noticed the extension cord cable connection was smoking and that a low voltage cable they provided had been used with a higher voltage blower that was too high for the extension cable. We called them to which they told us to wrap a towel around it that it was fine. We turned it off at that time and called them again and called them to come back. The cables had turned completely black and melted the equipment it could no longer be used. They arrived to our house 3 hours later (originally we had been given an hour time frame) to correct the problem after the party had ended and all our guest were gone. We not only almost had a fire at our house with 20 kids playing on the water slide at a birthday party, the situation was not taken seriously. 3 hours later once they arrived to switch out the blower and extension cable for a heavy duty one we no longer needed the inflatable but for their convivence they had asked us to pick it up the next day at noon, to which they did not arrive until 5:45pm as we waited around all day for them. We were charged the entire amount with inconveniences, almost having our house catch on fire, and putting many children at huge risk.
