I was blown away. Their tables, chairs and tent were so clean. They looked brand new. Many others bring tables that look disgusting or chairs that are bent and falling apart. A&E is the real deal. I felt like they really cared about our party and weren't just collecting their money. They asked us where we wanted everything beforehand and even had some wonderful suggestions. They have the experience to really give some great suggestions. The tent was beautiful and even had lighting for our guest. It looked awesome at night. They even setup a nice thick feux turf under the tent that looked so clean. It's these little details that make A&E stand out from their competitors. They also were very quick in pickup and so respectful of our time and yard. Thank you Eunice for the fantastic customer service. You made our event so beautiful and special. You just have to send them a photo of what you are looking for. They did this for my son's birthday. He loves Robin and in most cases stores only carry Batman. My son also loved Legos so they were able to create a Lego Robin character. It was as big as my son and he loved it :). And honestly is was too pretty to break but of course the kids had fun smashing this wonderful creation. I ordered the mascots/characters of Mr. And Mrs. Mouse for my daughter's birthday party over the…read moreweekend. We had multiple issues with their service: 1) I scheduled the characters to arrive at 4:30pm. The characters did not show up until almost 4:50pm. Their "manager" text me saying they would arrive by 4:40, but they were still later than that. 2) Upon arrival, they just entered into my backyard without knocking on my door, asking where to enter through, or overall asking for permission to enter onto my property. Mind you, my backyard is completely gated so they opened up the gate without my permission. This was not only a safety issue, but also ruined my child's surprise of the characters because this was so unorganized. The "manager" did not ask me if they could enter or where to enter through until after all of this had already occurred and we directed them where to go. 3) Both the character costumes were so obviously old, worn, and extremely dirty. It was clear that the costumes were not taken care of or had even been bothered to be cleaned before our event. 4) The individuals who were wearing the costumes were very obviously untrained. The costumes were not even put on properly or completely because everyone could see the back of their necks. 5) In general, the characters' routine was very clearly and so flagrantly unrehearsed, uncoordinated and unprepared. The characters would awkwardly stand around not knowing how to act or how to proceed. This occurred a few times and their "manager" had to tell them to "keep dancing." There was no structure, no planning and zero preparation. Because of all of this, we decided to cut the "performance" short. When I pay for a service, especially at the rate they charged, my expectation is that the company deliver on that service in a professional and prepared manner. This was not that. The service I was provided was unprofessional, did not meet the level of quality I expected, lacked attention to detail, lacked standard and general effort, and was overall unimpressive. Don't do it.
