It would have been easier and quicker to trade for a new car, but the commitment to another four or five years of car payments doesn't make financial sense. After checking at several paint and body shops in the Rockwall/Rowlett/Wylie area, I realized paint and bodywork on my car was going to be more expensive and take longer than I had expected. However, the total cost of paint and bodywork at Rockwall MAACO was a small fraction of what a new car would cost, so I made the decision to have the work done at MAACO, and I am really happy with the results. MAACO, paint tech, Brad, and Customer service rep, Shannon, were very helpful and walked me through the process from start to finish.
