A nice little princess shop right in the heart of Grapevine Texas. If you are a parent of a little girl this is the place to be! The lady who works here is very nice and accommodating. The concept here is that you can have a fast five minute tea party for $10-$20 depending on the day. This is a mini makeover, includes nails being done up and a lil makeup, that includes a cupcake. Also she received a tiara and a wand. Not really a tea party but my five year old daughter loved the experience. They also have room for bigger tea parties as well and birthday parties where you can schedule and invite guests. 15 guests in total for the larger tea parties. Must wear a mask, and take a temperature check. The store sells tons of bows, dresses, headbands, glitter makeup and princess costumes. If you are visiting from out of town, say the Gaylord, Great Wolf Lodge, or laying over at DFW airport for a few hours, and you have a daughter who is into princess stuff and tea parties, highly recommend if you have a little daughter and you are looking for time to kill that stop by and have a fun experience.

We went to a party today and had so much fun! The girls got to pick a princess costume to wear, had their makeup and nails done, had a tea party, had a parade outside, had a dance party and played some games. It was beyond cute!!! The shop has adorable dresses at reasonable prices too! I will definitely be back!

My daughter just had her third birthday party here and the staff and venue was above and beyond. The girls all had a blast and truly felt like princesses for the day

Did a little parade around downtown Grapevine!

We took my Daughter here for her 6th Birthday party and she Loved it! I've spent 3-4 times as much at other venues for my kids parties... but a week later... my Daughter's friends and their parents are still talking about it! We did a 2 hour package and the girls were doing something the entire time. They provided some basic snacks, cup cakes, beverages, etc... we didn't have to really do anything besides enjoy our Daughters Birthday. Thank you very much!

Really really cute boutique!! Define a princesses wonderland. So many girly and glittery stuff! Staff was awesome and was in character well. The girls had a lot of fun so thats what matters! Definitely would book for an upcoming party

You get to pick a princess dress to wear for the tea party!

Had an amazing time at Let's Pretend! I purchased a tea party experience for my niece's 5th birthday. So much better than all the random toys she doesn't need. She was so excited! She loved every minute of it! Kricey was amazing and made her feel like the most special princess! Thank you for your incredible service! Also, so affordable! We will definitely be back and I'm telling all my friends with young children about y'all!

    One happy princess

We had a private tea party with Queen Elsa for my daughter's 4th birthday. It was the perfect celebration idea considering she doesn't have a group of friends yet and Covid restrictions for gatherings. It was all just for her. The staff was incredibly kind and wore masks and it was just great!

Beautiful decorations and so many costumes to choose from

My daughter had her sixth birthday party here, and it was wonderful! I'll start at the beginning: it was so easy to book online, and communication leading up to the party was great. I had never been to this business so I had no idea what to expect. The front part is a storefront and my two daughters had so much fun looking through everything before the party started. Everyone was so nice also. The party room was beautiful and large, and the people working hosted and organized all of the activities. I got to sit back, take pictures, and talk to the other parents. Don't think twice, you'll be happy you had your party here!

For the first time ever, I got to sit back and relax and watch my daughter have fun for her birthday. I didn't have to lift a finger. Even if I wanted to, there was nothing I could do. EVERYTHING away taken care of. Everything went smoothly and the kids got their makeup and nail polish done quickly. The tea party was soooo much fun! My daughter was in dream land. I'm so happy I found this place. HIGHLY recommend. Also, it was worth the $50 extra dollars to have a Princess there as the hostess.

What's better than a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique? How about a Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store,…read morewhere you can get you favorite Polo items at discounted prices?!! I was really impressed by this store. It had all the luxury of their boutique stores, perhaps even a better selection than the boutique stores, at great prices. I am a fan of the classic Polo Ralph Lauren styles and colors, and there is plenty of that to choose from in this store. They also have the newer designs as well, all in men's, women's, and children's sizes. The other thing this factory store delivers on is that classic Service you become accustomed to at a Polo Ralph Lauren Boutique store. The staff here is friendly and helpful and can help you find sizes and fits as you need. Great experience, I probably spent a little too much, but oh well, I am happy and I think my new clothes look great...thanks Ralph!

Felt discriminated by the staff in the store and felt watched and unsafe the entire time I was in…read morethere, not sure if it was the way I dressed or my skin color or sexual orientation or maybe because I'm a younger individual shopping in a predominantly elderly store, but no one asked to help carry the 10 items I had in my hand, wasn't asked by anyone if I could help finding sizes or a fitting room, the cashier with #s 4**062, African American woman, laughed at me and looked at me, like I had the answers to a question that I should of known on the floor, I genuinely did not know if you guys had sizes in the back because the shelves are full of random clutter and mess,... "we have a system to check sizes" she said..........no duh, LITERALLY NO DUH who doesn't, it was rude and disrespectful, and as someone who demonstrates genuine positive energy and a collected manner to everyone it was insulting and as someone who works in RETAIL administration it was exactly what stores, leaders or associates, should not be doing in a retail field... and my receipt states my salesperson was A'jon?! That was a lie, a full on lie on my receipt, I was not helped by anyone, otherwise I would of had some idea of what was going on inside that mess of a store, I had no desire to purchase anything that night after trying on but felt so incredibly pressured I purchased one item a flannel, that I was absolutely in love with when I first saw it online, and now I want to return, and will never step into your store again and will make sure others around me or on my media don't neither ...and yes I was the one wearing the vintage hoodie on dec/7 with the fur line, just so you know who I am, the store is is an absolute disaster and as a retail personnel myself your store needs to evaluate its customer service and the African American manager who nearly threw a shirt at me walking to the Oxford section was shocking. What if I was a secret visitor? Or exect? Or your family? Learn how to treat customers of any skin color and sex orientation correctly and yes, my message will relay to others, because no one with the basic idea of simple inclusion, equality, and respect will step in your stores again. It was disgusting behavior the way I was treated, that's not how large businesses should be running. Please never treat a customer like that ever again especially since I am someone who deals with extremely severe anxiety I felt like I was going to pass out in there it was a terrifying feeling honestly, I was so uncomfortable and it belittled me, I quite literally started sweating SO bad, I was so embarrassed and I did NOTHING, I did not steal, I did not say anything rude or bother anyone, I simply walked in the store with the intention to simply shop. Coach and evaluate your team on simple customer service!!! And I also heard several workers cursing on the floor... so there's that, you guys are terrible people.
