Handy for locals who don't have a neighborhood clubhouse, and unlike residential rentals, this place is equipped with entertainment for various ages. Friendly staff, and it doubtless less expensive than large family fun centers in the area. They're still settling in, and can use some murals/wall art (to fit in with the train depot theming), high-mounted video to pair with background music, etc. Just to make it more lively, etc. But, so far they're new and probably have plans for this. Ryan and Angie (there were other people but can't remember their names, sorry!) they were amazing with customer service... you just don't see such care anymore. The rooms were very nice and the windows were HUGE! When you walk in to the hotel it's a bit weird since reception doesn't really look like your traditional reception.. but I liked it! There were cold water stations everywhere too, so it was nice in this Texas heat! This was such a great place to stay and I'm really glad to have gotten such great service so I don't have to continue thinking "here we go again.." when we stay somewhere.

I don't care if parking is tight. I want a clean shower a clean toilet and a clean place to lay my head. My room was very clean and for that I give five stars. I did not partake of the breakfast so I can't review that. The staff was very nice. The lobby does smell of old moisture trying to dry out but it's been too long so it's not gonna happen. I don't mark down for that because 1. It looks impeccable and 2. It could have been a recent event they're trying to recover from. Stuff happens.

Our host Jamie was amazing and answered any questions you had about the animals. One of the goats was pregnant with 3 babies and due in April, how exciting!!! The chickens had just been feathered so they can't fly out of the coop, so interesting. We even got to take a ride on Trav, there are other horses but you have to be careful as they don't like strangers too much. My kiddo said her favorite part about being here was watching the horses gallop in their field and being able to pet the goats. We recommend giving them a holler for your special event!

(If you own a paintball jersey and your own gun, I consider that semi-serious/ and semi professional) These semi-professional almost looked like staff members hunted my group of friends and a child's birthday party down like we were prey. I believe their guns were too strong for what was supposed to be a fun outing with friends.
