Terrible customer service. Tour appointment is scheduled, I arrived 10 mins early, ring the bell many times but they end up turn off the light when I kept ringing the bell. I met a school bus driver and told her that I have an appointment at 3pm. She told me somebody should be with me shortly, I said I have been ringing the bell but nobody come out. Then she said "it's not even 3pm". I was not upset until she said so. I understand locking the door is for kids safety, and I like it too, but at least when they see me ringing the bell, they should come out and ask if I need help with anything instead of turning the light off. No one want to be late with appointment that's why I came 10mins early. And they that was the response I received. read more

We love Cadence Academy for our 2 year old twins. The staff is professional & friendly. Mrs. Brandi & Ms. Lilly are very helpful at the front desk . Ladies who care for the babies are always happy to see them when we off in the mornings and makes us feel confident they are well loved here Rome Loves Ms. Elizabeth because she takes him next door to play on the foam climber with other little ones and he gets to do what he loves.. Climbing ! We get daily updates on diaper changing times and the amount of food, water & milk they consume along with photos of activities throughout the day. We were taking their packed lunch and are now having them eat the prepared lunch at Cadence. Knowing the babies are in a healthy loving and professional environment is everything to us as grandparents. read more

Terrible... Dirty, old, not structured, poor quality concerning the staff I can only review the after school/summer program but it seems they are violating many requirements. They do not require clocking in/out, lice outbreaks all the time and infested kids are not sent home, teachers play on phones all day, no structure, no discipline, food poor quality, no concern for injury or conflict. Children are advised not to tattle unless they are bleeding, but even when this occurs no assistance is provided. Do not walk, RUN! read more

We have been very happy with The Peanut Gallery and the constant improvement we have seen over the past 2 years. The teachers are compassionate and patient, and genuinely care for the children in their class. Our 8 month old is in the nursery and has 3 loving teachers who successfully juggle the rapid and diverse development of their group of 0-1 year olds. They are affectionate towards him, know his likes/dislikes and work to make his day calm and engaging. Almost every time I pick him up he is being held, fed or playing happily. We also love all of the creative outlets provided as they grow. Our 2 year old adores his teacher and the fun activities they do each day...there is a huge variety - painting with truck wheels, baby yoga, sticker collages, sensory play with moon sand, music class, tumble gym, etc. They also play outside twice a day, which for my boys, is crucial! They burn a lot of energy and love to be outdoors as much as possible. The Peanut Gallery has afforded my husband and I the invaluable comfort of knowing our kids are safe, conitnually learning and receiving loving care. read more

My children and I absolutely love Cadence Academy! We were new to the area and a tried another preschool and we were very unhappy with it. I have had two children attend the Peanut Gallery, both in the after-school program and the toddler program. Our kindergartner was always picked up on time and he loved his time there after school. His teacher took enormous interest in his progress and he always came home happy and healthy. He was not sick once during his time there. He especially loved his time outside and doing arts and crafts. Our toddler has grown in huge ways since he started attending. Every month, I get a 3 page progress report on his motor skills, language, social skills, etc. At the beginning, I daily received full notes on his behaviors. Now, I find out daily what he ate, how he napped, and if he had any progress on any of his goals. His teachers obviously care about him, and he loves them. They go above and beyond to take care of him and our family. I enjoy every interaction I have with the new director and his teachers. I am confident that he would not have grown as much as he had if he weren't with people who are dedicated to his development. read more

My daughter has only been sick while attending The Peanut Gallery a few times (almost a year) if that's not amazing, I don't know what is! Her last daycare she was sick 1-2 a month if not more. Even better than that, the staff is awesome! Jennifer, the director and Michele, the assistant director are so welcoming, accommodating and kind. The teachers are great! It's a tough decision finding a suitable daycare, but this is a great place, my daughter has learned so much here. When I drop her off she is happy, that means the world. Miss Rhonda. Hailey and Stacy, and thank you to those I don't remember by name. Kudos to the management, while I didn't complain, because they seemed to be "fill-in" or part-time, there were a couple of teachers that didn't appear to like their jobs, they were not there long. Nothing is perfect, but seeing your child comfortable and happy when you are leaving them for the day is priceless. read more

From the time we have started a number of incidents have occurred and only two reports were ever made, after teacher repeatedly told me they would take care of reports nothing has ever happened. I have expressed my concerns to teachers , directors all staff that my daughter seems to always get hurt on a weekly basis, black eye, busted lip, knots on her, scratches down her face, eye, ear, bit on her back, carpet burn on her inter thigh, scrap on her chin today that said she fell off a floor cot that the toddler sleep on (11/20/19). I called upset after finally receiving a report and concerns on how did she fall that bad while sleeping on a cot. So I called upset and questioning who was there. How did it happen, and why didnt someone call me . And why is it that now that I'm finally getting a report after all this time. I spoke with the teacher and then the director Brittany and she said she would do more and try to make sure nothing else happens, speaking with the teachers as well. As I arrived I pick her up and she has a scratch doen the other side of her face, I asked what happened here . The teacher told me she must have fell on both sides. She also said that babies get hurt and I expressed that my only concern is my baby. She told me that " I'm sorry you dont work in a daycare and so you dont know what goes on" Now im upset and so they seems more upset that I am questioning the care for my child. She still holding a child in her arms yelling back at me , because she feels like I am in the wrong for being upset for my baby getting her all the time. Failing to provide a explanation on any of the incidents that have occurred she still wants to argue with the parent (me). The director Brittany stood there with out a care in the world allowing me to now loose all trust in the daycare. A the other lady Michelle taking up for the lady still mad at me for questioning what's going on with my daughter. So at this point I ask for corporate and I was told no.. I asked for a number and after waiting 3 mins i was giving a number to the main office but told that the man over it all would have to contact me . So now I'm trying to get in touch with someone because this isnt how a daycare should be ran screaming at kids, mad at the parents because they have concerns. Not sure if I can post a picture but her face looks sad the description said she didnt cry but her eyes are red and she was crying. I feel like what I have been told is a lie , I feel like the trust is gone. And I have posted on all mom groups and reaching out to the police to follow up and make sure that everything is needing to be done. I'm contacting the daycare license and going over and beyond to make sure that its investigated. I do not feel like I'm over reacting, not when I Express my concerns about my kids. No I dont work at a daycare that not my job its theres and I trust that I will get my baby back same why I drop her off . I hope everyone reads this email and someone reaches out to me. read more

My son has been going here for over 2 years and my twin girls since they were 6 weeks old. We enjoy all the staff. They are friendly and all work every hard to make sure every child is taken care of. My 4 year old has learned so much being there. They are always doing fun learning activities and class parties for the kids. I have been taking my daughter (started at age 2, now 3 and moving up to the preschool class) to this center for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. Both my children attended the Peanut Gallery when they were young. I worked long hours, and had a long drive to pick up my kids, so quality care was important to me. Ms. Karen has been in childcare for so many years, and has so much solid experience - and she was always an advocate for my children. Especially my son, who was not an easy child to handle. Her calm demeanor, and ability to help me navigate any issues that did arise, were invaluable. Karen always has a smile and a welcoming "Hello!" and makes everyone feel welcome, and most importantly, safe and cared for. Since new management has taken over this daycare I have had a series of problems ranging from my daughter being left at school instead of taking the bus home to daily complaints about my son, whom is special needs, picking his nose and repeated small negative malicious asinine complaints from Miss. lissebeth. Luckily my son received a new teacher and since that day forward, absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately, she is the bus driver for this daycare and seems to also have an issues with my daughter whom may also be special needs. I receive telephone calls daily or every other day from this center telling my my five year old daughter is out of control and they don't know what to do. Since new management, instead of accident reports they write actual reports listing and detailing incidents in regard to bus transport issues with my daughter. I have received several warnings and threats along with 3 separate occasions in which she was 'expelled' from riding the bus for two days each time, irregardless that removing a special needs child from a routine causes more anguish in the future. Today, my daughter, again whom is five, was expelled from the school indefinitely. This is without a behavioral plan or a motion to suggest a new behaviors in her daycare setting. The new manager told me she has been doing ' this' for ' 25 years', and she has never seen a child quite act like mine. I asked her if within her 25 years she had ever done a behavioral plan and she told me yes, but when asked why she hadn't done one with my daughter she didn't have an answer and suggested my daughter is not special needs. Her judgement ( without special needs education training/certification and her 25 years of being a manager) suggests my five year old daughter is intentionally causing problems. lissebeth stated she has some special needs training, but sometimes my daughter makes noises and she doesn't know what to do. I asked her if any of the other kids make noises and she stated no, I asked her if that might mean my daughter is different or possibly special needs and she said yes, completely contradicting her previous statement. lissebeth also physically made my child sit on the bus, I was under the impression daycare providers are not to physically move children unless violence is occurring. At this point in time violence was not occurring and she instead of leaving her at the school ( which they haven't had a problem doing in the past) or offering her an alternative transition method such as a coloring book in her seat ( which her teacher at public school suggested) she physically moved her into her seat and fought to put her seat belt on for several minutes before eventually getting " hit" in the face. ( no marks on the teachers face upon arriving at daycare after work. ) The manager suggests taking my daughter to a smaller classroom setting ( I wonder what their ratio is). I find it off that where ever Miss. lissebeth goes, a swarm of problems, reports, malicious asinine remarks about normal child behavior and violence from a five year old little girl whom has no record of violence at home or public school , seem to all happen around stephanie and what she is doing. What kind of daycare does not work with children? irregardless of special needs? What kind of behavioral plans were set in place to reduce any acts of ' violence'? lissebeth also suggested bringing an IEP plan to daycare, which as stated at an earlier ' expulsion from bus ride' , I did not have available as my ' problem they can't control five year old', is just old enough to be diagnosed and was literally four days away from having herself evaluated. It is clear to me that the peanut gallery does not seem to care about the children as they did before with previous management. They prefer calm normal children without any issues or ' noises' or regular child like habits. Anything to make quick easy quite money is also easiest. I went ahead and pulled my other two children from this daycare the moment they had me sign off that my five year old was expelled. read more

The worst daycare. Run! Your Child will not be supervised. The Staff including office management is always on their cell phones. Lice protocol is terrible. The food they provide is of poor quality. The toys are of poor quality as well. Didn't feel my child was safe. Dare I say they are unprofessional and have a terrible atmosphere about them.Their curriculum is almost nonexistent. The playground is horrible. It's dirty my child was always sick causing me to miss work plenty of times due to their lack of sanitation. The office management is rude to their costumers. They "joke" around with the person with a condescending tone and once that person turns the corner the gossip beings. I know this because I've heard it with my own ears. This place is a waste or time. When the children should be learning the teachers are too busy on their phone. Heading towards to playground to pick my child up, I saw one teaching in her classroom the children were all on the carpet with tore books and she was on her phone in the very corner of the room with her back facing them. This place is terrible. I took my child and ran for the hills! read more

Worst I've ever seen. I could go on and on about this place. It seems they pick anyone up off the street to work for them. Extremely unprofessional. A good 80% of the time I walk in and either no body is sitting up front or they are and completely ignore me. There has been numerous times I have walked in and both double doors are wide open with no body there to see who comes in or out. I can count on both hands how many times I've walked in without having to put in a code and walked back out with my child without seeing ONE person up front. I could have been anybody! The daycare smells constantly. Zero structure. This place does the bare minimum to stay open. The new assistant director is extremely rude to the parents AND children.! Dropping off your child in the early morning and listening to the front staff talking about the night out they had the previous night...as if it was a casual conversation they were having with no one around, does not give you a good feeling when leaving your child there. I would highly suggest looking at all of your options before deciding to go with this daycare. read more
