The same day, I requested a return and sent the item in the original packaging with the new tracking label affixed. USPS tracking says the package arrived at the receiving post office on Oct 9, only to see the post office was unable to deliver the package on Oct 10 becuase the business was closed. It's now been 11 days since my return arrived at their local post office without being delivered. I assumed maybe there was an issue with USPS so I filed a 'Missing Mail' request yesterday. This morning I received a call from a very polite Postmaster in Chattanooga who informed me they have tried delivering my package every day since it arrived there but the business is never open! I was told it's "open maybe 5% of the time we try to deliver mail" and that the post office "has a whole bin of packages for them" but that "nobody is ever at the location." After hearing from the Postmaster I tried to call the location using the number posted on their website - only to have it ring out to "Sorry. The mailbox is full and there is not enough space to leave a message. Thank you for using the voice messaging server. Goodbye." I've been forced to open a case with eBay to try and get my refund since the business address is never open to receive their mail.

Google 'computer repair in Chattanooga' and go with the place that has 94+ 5 star reviews. He might be far to drive but he is the best and only charged me $50 to diagnose and repair my computer - and he ACTUALLY repaired it. EDIT: In response to Aspire's reply. I only have myself to blame. As I said, you are correct that you were upfront with me with what you would do and that it may not fix it. And yes, you were fair and nice to offer to install a new hard drive no charging for the service. Let me explain (1) "not cheapest around" - I just got my computer FULLY fixed (new hard drive installed, new fan installed, stress test program run on PC to test, new Windows installed) for $75. This local PC repair did more work than you for less money. (2) "not professional, and not the best" - While you were respectful and polite, the clutter of your store does not inspire confidence, I had to come back to get small parts from my PC you left out or replaced with sub-par parts. I just did business with a PC repairman that kept me fully updated with pics, advice, and more to ensure I could trust him and understand what he was doing before I paid him. I got more necessary work done on my PC, by someone who went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong (not just wipe the hardrive...which it didn't need), for LESS money.

After that, I received no updates unless we reached out first. Every time we asked for an ETA, we got the runaround instead of clear communication. After having the iPad for nearly two weeks, he finally admitted he could not fix it and refunded the money. However, he then said he needed to remove his parts from the iPad before returning it. Today is June 2, and I still have not received my daughter's iPad back. This is an iPad that cost over $400, and I am extremely frustrated that it has been in his possession for weeks with little communication and no resolution. The lack of updates, professionalism, and failure to return my property in a timely manner is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not trust this business with anything beyond a basic iPhone repair.

I'm a first time vaper and I went in during lunch-time to purchase my first vape stick. I came around 6pm and I knew what I wanted from my previous consulting so I asked for the smok vape and some suggestions on the liquid. The front counter guy couldnt find my model so he told me I had to take the display model which is fine. He couldn't find the box for about 10 minutes so while I was waiting I asked to use the bathroom, but he said he'd get fired if he got caught letting customers in there. This made no sense to me as I just purchased 50$ worth of product and was being treated like somebody who wasn't going to make a purchase. All good, I left there with my ecig and no real instructions on how to use it. As soon as I got home, I opened the pack and accidentally pressed the button before any juice was in there burning my coils. Now I had a leaky ecig spewing juice all over my hands not knowing that the coils had to be kept wet for about 15min before turning on. I go the next morning to ask about the problem and the guy was more professional but not helpful at all. He explaned about the coils and I replaced the coils. I didn't want to burn out my coils again so I asked if he could spare some juice so I could presoak it before going home. I specifically said I would pay for it multiple times, but again it was against store policy to spare a few drops unless I pay for another entire bottle. I don't know what it is with this place, but I felt it was not a great place for people who are first time vapers as they aren't very helpful. My first visit was pretty good, but it kept getting worse... and my ecig still keeps leaking...
