As the fried coconut shrimp arrive to the table, surprisingly they were a bit small with a sweet dipping sauce. The flavor was tasty but wasn't able to taste the actual shrimp. I was intrigued by the photo of my next dish that was display on their menu but when it arrived to the table, it look nothing like it. The five spice lemongrass pork belly was slice thin which was lying on top of a bed of vermicelli noodles, slice cucumber, and iceberg lettuce. In the center was shredded carrots, garnish with sprigs of cilantro and 3 thin slice of crispy pork skin with dipping sauce. I did my best in grabbing from the bottom, folding it into a wrap but unfortunately the vermicelli noodles were over portion than the lettuce and after pouring the sauce, it fell apart after the first bite. As for the pork belly itself because it was slice thin, I wasn't able to taste the actual flavor. At times, I ended up using a fork because it fell apart. A better option is to use butter lettuce which will cup all the ingredients and making the vermicelli noodles smaller for making a better portion and cut the pork belly a little thicker to make that perfect bite. You get 5 pieces, it covers the entire plate and it is listed as an appetizer. Now onto the pho ga .. well I thought it was pho ga. I was wondering why the broth only had broccoli, tofu, carrots, red onions and portabella mushrooms. It turns out my server/ food runner misunderstood my order and instead of receiving pho ga (chicken), I received pho chay which is a vegetarian bowl. So without making fuss, I went ahead and taste the broth, before adding all of the condiments. The flavor was okay by itself but even after adding the sriracha, hoisin, bean sprouts, and lime juice, the flavor was just lacking that salt content. Overall the service that I received was excellent from Cuong Phu. He was friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable.

It was soft and mushy and I'd give it a zero star. This is the worst banh mi I've ever had in my life. I would not pay 7$ for this. You can even tell in the photo. The Banh beo was decent though except it did start to break apart easily as I got towards the bottom of the plate. 6$ does feel a little pricey for it but it saved my meal. 3 out of 5 star. The sesame ball was decent. For $1.50 I would definitely come back for. The filling was sweet and the ball was crunchy as I would expect. The only thing that I didn't like about it was that it was extremely greasy and soaked the brown paper back it was in. Even when I left it on the counter it's like all the oil just came out and bleed through making a small puddle of oil. 4 out of 5. We called and they said it must have been a mistake, so I went back to get it, and that's when they admitted they didn't put it in because they were running low and reserve it for those eating in house?! At no time did they notify us that our order was being changed... not during ordering, not during pickup, not when we were tipping them or when we called in later. I found them completely dishonest about the whole situation. I totally get that restaurants can run out of things, but you don't lie about it in the hope that take out orders want bother to follow up. Dishonest places like this is why people don't want to tip in advance. I am done with this place.
