This was our first visit to The Pho Fix and it definitely will not be the last. I tried the classic Vietnamese beef stew and was amazed at the flavor and the tenderness of the meat. I wanted extra tendons but it was not possible to add it to the stew but the stew came with more than the usual amount of tendons that other places give so I was very pleased. Next time we will also try the different variations to the pho soup. I am sure it will be better than other pho places. Went today to have a meal with my family. Over all pretty good but the toppings could be fresher. Example, limes had some brown, sprouts were very brown, cilantro had too much black in between, So I was picky with my toppings because I didn't want to have bad toppings. Also meat was good but for paying almost $30 a bowel I expected a better piece of rib with more meat. It was very small and hardly had actual meat ... Other than that, restrooms and restaurant over all was clean. Service was good but hopefully the restaurant can take in my concerns to serve fresher toppings. read more

Let me start this off with two words: COME HUNGRY. The way it works is you order and pay and then you go down the line from noodles, proteins, veggies and broth before you pick it up and sit to dig in, there's enough food for 2 people if you aren't starving for a meal! Now, I grew up eating and nowadays making my own pho for some time now. This place (we came in on the 9th so a few days after grand opening) easy to find, parking wasn't too bad for lunch time! We ordered the combination pho (so pho dac biet more or less) and the chicken pho Food: 9/10, I think the noodles were a touch overdone and this is me being critical but I love a boiling/burn your mouth temperature broth. It was very delicious and the house saté is a welcomed addition especially to the chicken pho. I will have to come back and try the supreme bowl Service: 9/10 to be a few days after grand opening, they were backed up but not their fault the guy helping us was doing it all and was very friendly and polite no problem there but I think in the coming months once they get some more staff it will be a factory line no problem! Ambiance: 10/10 restrooms are clean, you order and pay first and go down the line very much like chipotle, cava, subway places of that nature and they have the sauces hoisin and sriracha ready at the table! Last points: we got the Vietnamese coffee which is half full when you buy it but top it off with ice because it's concentrated, it's good 7/10 I think this is a very modern and approachable way for people to try pho and Vietnamese food (they have rice noodle bowls too!) The prices are totally fair especially for the portion size. Great on a cold day and I'm sure even good on a hot day! Excited to be back and explore more of the menu I know there is a location in Houston it's nice to have one closer by in Conroe/Spring/Woodlands area! read more

I don't know if it was just the cooks but honestly this is the worst pho I had. My pho only had 4 pieces of meat and it was super oily.... Couldn't even drink the broth. The flavor for the vermicelli bowl was excellent. Unfortunately, that is where the kudos end. The bowl was filled with noodles that were very hard in places and stuck together, like they have been sitting for a long time. My hubby ordered pho and the beef was so tough and thick that it took a good two to three minutes to chew and swallow. We ordered the egg-rolls. They gave us the ones sitting next to the register. They were made with shrimp and were warm upon unwrapping the plastic wrap. Kind of questionable. Who knows how long they were sitting there for. Very disappointing after paying $48. read more

if you are passing through this area and looking for pho , this is THE PLACE to stop, the pho broth is amazing! I've tried plenty enough to know a good homemade tasting pho & they absolutely do it! the flavor is there 100% and it comes out steaming fresh hot this is my to for pho, I haven't tried the new menu with the other items but this is the only place I will eat pho. If I could give this review a -0 star, I would do it in a heart beat. Nothing about this restaurant is authentic. As a Vietnamese person, I don't normally do reviews, but this time I must do a review so the owner/chef can fix the problem. We ordered an order of the eggrolls, chargrilled ribeye vermicelli bowl, and beef short rib pho. Everything was bland with no flavor whatsoever. The frozen eggrolls from the Asian market taste better than this, the sauce was way too garlicky. The meat in the vermicelli bowl had no seasoning whatsoever, it was just sliced ribeye meat cooked on a pan then threw it in the vermicelli. The beef short rib "pho" had no flavor, the short rib itself was super bland, no seasoning whatsoever. I am hoping that the owner/chef can adjust/fix their recipes to have "some" flavor in their food if they want the restaurant to succeed. This was our first and will be our last time we will ever eat at Pho Prime at Shenandoah. The service and ambiance was just ok, nothing spectacular. read more

We ordered take- out... The beef pho was excellent with good broth.... My husband had the pork bun and he really enjoyed the meal...we also tried the Surf and Turf Spring Rolls. They did not seem super fresh, but tasted ok.... Very little meat in these for the price.... We will probably order from here again. Update: we ordered a second time and the Spring Rolls were very fresh! We enjoyed our other food, as well... we will definitely be ordering from Pho Fix again! read more
