Been to this place several times through the years and it's seems to change owners and or management a few times over the years. The menu changes, the dinner ware changes, bowls, cups etc change. Normally I wouldn't care but they change too often, not sure why, but more importantly seems like the food isn't the same either, change in menu items...the last time I was there it was ok. Don't get me wrong it's not bad but it's not great either and it use to be great with the original owners. If I'm in the mood for Pho and I want it quick and close by I go here, otherwise I would say it's ok.

OG pho with added short rib and wonton pho.

What a nice little spot. A take on typical pho, but with expanded proteins (as well as broth and noodle choices). The base should be a well execute broth, and i say this place misses that mark. The traditional pho broth should be deep and complex, with spices and collagen that gives a whole mouth feel. Coming in to save the dish were the fabulous toppings. I got the OG with the typical items (tripe, tendon, brisket) but I added the short rib - what a treat! Delicate, tender, and very flavorful. The usual toppings were perfect. I would love to return, and probably will, especially if the work on their broth.

Shrimp spring rolls

I ordered the fresh spring rolls, with the amount of lettuce they put in there you would think I ordered a salad. And they're supposed to come with a peanut sauce they did not. They came with this very dark salty sauce. I also ordered garlic noodles, which were overcooked and all stuck together in one big clump - tastes like the instant noodles you get in a box. It's been a year since I was there and I decided to give them another try. Unfortunately, this is what happened. They used to be so good (a few years ago)...I wonder if they have new owners?

Messy interior but friendly staff. It seemed less busy for being the lunch hour. I tried the ribeye Pho and a Vietnamese coffee (which was good and strong but a little too sweet for my taste). The Pho broth is bland and could use more seasoning but is helped by the jalapeños, lime and hoisin sauce condiments. There wasn't enough meat in my bowl for the price charged. p.s.- They don't serve herbs with their Pho here and only stainless steel cups, bowls and Pho spoons was different. Some had rust inside them!

I absolutely love this spot, not just because of the food or the drinks but the hospitality and service was amazing!!!!! Big shout out to the owner Bryan and sherry Prut server!! Came here for my husband's and mother in laws birthday dinner, and they went above and beyond for them. They had a little section decorated for them. It was so sweet. I wasn't able to get as many pictures cause we were super hungry but the wonton chips and jackfruit salas was soooo good. I loved it. It just needs a little spicy. Cause spicy girls are always winning. The fish sauce wings were a must as well. Not super salty but they flavor and crunch was there. But my fave was there Vietnamese drip coffee. Soooo Soo good. So many options to choose from totally worth it

Good place to get some pho. I ordered the OG Bowl. It has all the toppings that are authentic like brisket, rare beef, meatball, tendon, and tripe. The beef broth was clear and fresh tasting. It was a flavorful broth. The meats were cooked right and tender. Egg rolls here are crunchy with a savory filling. Made to order so they are hot when they arrive at the table. I ordered a taro milk tea to go with my meal. The tea came in a cute plastic cup with an animal head lid. The tea size was generous so I was able to take home the cup to finish later. They have an oxtail pho and a few Korean style dishes that looked interesting to try. Definitely worth a return trip.

Chicken plate and the wok with shrimp

First time here ordered Pho bowl with shrimp, chicken plate and the Wok with shrimp. As soon as we got home, I took a bite of the wok and it was super salty and so was the chicken plate. The pho bowl was ok. Called back to let the restaurant know and best they could do was offer a discount on our next visit. No thanks I'll just never give them my business and let the community know my honest opinion of this establishment. If I could give them zero stars I would and to be honest this is probably the worst Pho restaurant I've ever visited and I love pho, I've been loving pho for a good 15 years. This pho literally Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Spring rolls with old wrapper and brown lettuce.

It has that delicious wok hei flavor that's so hard to get right, and it's so good that we order it every single time we come. My wife is a big fan of the beef skewers. We're not exactly sure why they have that red color, but honestly, we don't even question it anymore because they're that good. The pho is solid and tastes pretty standard, served with the usual sauces you'll find on most tables, which is always comforting. Their drinks are also really good and come out super fast. Overall, this is definitely a must try spot if you're ever up in Hesperia.

For a large bowl, the balance felt off. The broth itself tasted flat and one-dimensional -- no richness, no real aromatics, and none of the layered depth you expect from good pho. Even after adding lime, herbs, hoisin, and sriracha, it never came together. The broth just didn't have enough body or character to carry the bowl. The spring rolls were springy and didn't taste particularly fresh. Service was lackadaisical at best -- slow and inattentive without being outright rude. On top of that, slow, overly intimate "baby-making" music played the entire time, which felt awkward and out of place for a casual pho spot. I'm open to giving places a second chance, but based on this visit, both the food and overall experience missed the mark.

We got the stir-fried beef noodles, egg rolls, pot stickers, and the fried buns with condensed milk, and every dish was on point. The stir-fried beef noodles were the star -- super tender beef, perfectly cooked noodles, and great wok flavor. The egg rolls were crispy and filled just right, and the pot stickers were juicy with that perfect sear on the bottom. The fried buns were surprisingly good too -- warm, fluffy, and even better dipped in the condensed milk. The restaurant is clean, service was quick, and the food looks as good as it tastes (photo attached!). Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving solid dim sum dishes

Beef potstickers: Appealing looking but awkward to eat and seemed prepared from frozen. The meat was a little roll floating in the middle of the thick wonton wrapper. Pan fried on one side, a bit rubbery. Shredded Cucumber salad with garlic flavor was good with decent fresh cucumber. Scallion pancakes. Greasy. Unable to detect any scallion or onion flavor so I opened it. Tiny specs of what had to be those dried chives or green onion flakes. Scant amount. This is a simple, cheap fix for a usually delightful side order: Just chop up some fresh green onions and throw them in there. Easier on the oil & these would've been pretty good. Wouldn't order this unless they revamp this simple app. Distracting banging around of pots and pants in background. I guess it was pot washing time. Several customers ordered the dim sum and maybe that's the way to go. It's a no go for me.

Today I ordered the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce with tofu lunch special. It came with an egg flower soup, egg roll, crab Rangoon, and choice of steamed or fried rice. The eggplant and tofu were cut in small pieces but the dish tasted good overall. The garlic sauce was savory. I also wanted to order their Shredded Pork with Rice Noodle dish off of their Korean menu. I had it before but, due to a miscommunication with the waitress, I ended up with Japchae instead. The Japchae was actually excellent, well made with a noticeable amount of wok caramelization flavor. The sweet potato glass noodles had a firm, chewy texture and provided a nice contrast with the tender pieces of pork and stir fried vegetables. I will probably order Japchae again even though I don't think this is a regular menu item. It is highly recommended. Service is polite and efficient.
