I ordered the OG pho and it was very good, but I got big/thick chunks of the tripe, which was hard to eat because I can only tolerate little strips of tripe at a time lol. I will omit tripe next time. I ordered the Taro frappe w boba and I have to say that the boba was very good quality...not too chewy and not too hard like other boba places in the area. The Korean Bbq ribs were a bit disappointing though because they lacked the "korean bbq" flavor that I was hoping for when I ordered it...it was quite bland to be honest with you...but the Krispy mein made up for the blandness because it was a bit on the salty side. Other than that, I was very impressed by The Pho. I support local small businesses as I am a small business owner myself. The Pho has exceptional service...the food presentation was phenomenal: hat's off to the chef(s). The food was a bit pricey, so that is the only reason I wouldn't eat here too often (it's hard times for everyone)...but if money is not an issue, I highly recommend coming here to satisfy your pho craving. read more

The worker Shawn was super amazing and has awesome customer service! We ordered Oxtail Pho, Oxtail fried rice and popcorn chicken, and I have to say we were definitely happy for our first time ordering food here. The oxtail was so tender and seasoned well. My family and I love Oxtail and it's so hard to find anywhere in the high desert that even makes it. The food reminded me of my childhood, and my kids loved it as well! Shawn was also able to accommodate to my son's egg allergy safely. No cross contamination or reaction. Super happy about that! Being from LA living in the high desert it is so hard to find food places that remind me of home, but this place definitely did just that. Also I did not intend to get boba but once I tried it I was impressed at the fact that the boba actually tasted fresh as if it was just made, not just sitting around forever like some of the places up here in the desert. My family ordered Pho to go and some veggies rolls. We order this once a week at local restaurants and I'm sorry to say it was awful. The broth was bland, the noodles were hard and did not soften in broth. The veggies rolls seemed burnt in my opinion and also bland and unappealing. The worst part was they declined to cook the meat to our preference and I get it's Pho but when you order from a restaurant slot of it has to do with how you like your food and for a small local place, I think they dropped the mark there. The food at the other local spots don't blow you away but the food is edible not to mention the price is high in my opinion and they want to charge you for soy-sauce packets and a dollar for a lime. We decided to go and try this pho place, for our surprise the food quality was awful. The ribs were overly cooked and Gad a nasty smell. Egg rolls where burnt I guess the oil was old it tasted nasty. First of all they are playing Mexican music in a Vietnamese restaurant which is very odd. I ordered a plate with no lettuce or bean sprouts it came loaded with both. The beef for vermicelli is straight up carne asada, made for tacos.There are zero Vietnamese seasonings and alot of fat. The peanut sauce is disgusting. We had EVERY INTENTION to love this place. I love pho and we drove an hour to try this food. I must say that the drinks we got were amazing so if your looking for boba this is it. My spring rolls were also good with their custom made dipping sauce. Everything else was not so good. When I want pho my boyfriend wants fried rice with shrimp. His fried rice didn't seem fried to him, just seemed like butter garlic rice. He also ordered egg rolls that were BURNT. I had egg noodle pho with seafood. The seafood and broth were nice but the egg noodles were rubbery and nasty. I tried to eat around the egg noodles but there was so much rubber I was disgusted. All in all, we really wanted to enjoy this place but couldn't.... I ordered here for the first time and decided to order to go.... and prior to coming here I had walked in before on another day and asked if the recipes were different and I was told yes. I was totally open to it. I ordered the beef with the Krispy noodles and the rib eye soup, and a taro Boba. I was told the food would be ready in 20 mins so I left and came back after a few minutes. The boba: When I saw the Boba drink I asked the cashier if it was made a while ago because the blended drink was watery and he told me he had just made it a few minutes ago. I drank it and it was as if it was sitting there for a while and there was no way I was gone that long. But I chose to let it go. The rib eye soup: Love how they have their to-go container for the soup, they have a separate top where they keep the meat a d ingredients. my husband says the soup is good and he was satisfied with it. Beef Krispy noodles: Not at all what I had expected. I was really disappointed. There was not nearly enough sauce to even coat the noodles and literally made it inedible. I tried to mix it around but it was still too crispy.... and anyone who orders this regularly (from any pho place) knows that the sauce softens up the noodles after pouring the sauce, meat and veggies onto it. I wanted to keep an open mind especially for those 3 things including a 15% tip cost me $45 .... I really could have just gone any where else. The food was good but the price was waaaaay too high. I got spring rolls with bs shrimp and they're $8 for 2 and the soup is minimum $13 and very small portions. I got an extra side of tendon and it was $5 almost half the soup and the portions were once again laughable. I spent $30 in this average meal.... Not coming back for sure. There are better things to spend $30 on. The spring rolls makes me feel like I'm being straight up robbed, it's literally just lettuce with some tiny cup of noodle shrimp and vermicelli. Ordered beef pho which I thought and was very excited to try it since it's a pho place but the broth was blan, noodles so dry and stuck together when I use chopsticks the crumble into small pieces And have to use a fork.
