Atmosphere of the joint was clean. I liked how they served everything on stainless steel. The ice is my favorite lol. We ordered the egg rolls to share. It was delicious. Staff was really friendly and helpful. I ordered here for the first time and decided to order to go.... and prior to coming here I had walked in before on another day and asked if the recipes were different and I was told yes. I was totally open to it. I ordered the beef with the Krispy noodles and the rib eye soup, and a taro Boba. I was told the food would be ready in 20 mins so I left and came back after a few minutes. The boba: When I saw the Boba drink I asked the cashier if it was made a while ago because the blended drink was watery and he told me he had just made it a few minutes ago. I drank it and it was as if it was sitting there for a while and there was no way I was gone that long. But I chose to let it go. The rib eye soup: Love how they have their to-go container for the soup, they have a separate top where they keep the meat a d ingredients. my husband says the soup is good and he was satisfied with it. Beef Krispy noodles: Not at all what I had expected. I was really disappointed. There was not nearly enough sauce to even coat the noodles and literally made it inedible. I tried to mix it around but it was still too crispy.... and anyone who orders this regularly (from any pho place) knows that the sauce softens up the noodles after pouring the sauce, meat and veggies onto it. I wanted to keep an open mind especially for those 3 things including a 15% tip cost me $45 .... I really could have just gone any where else. So I'm giving this place 2 stars mainly for friendly service and for the soup. read more

The "Green and Tofu" is vegetarian pho and it's excellent. It's full of vegetables like bok choy, napa, broccoli, carrots, bean sprouts, rice noodles and mint. The food was good but the price was waaaaay too high. I got spring rolls with bs shrimp and they're $8 for 2 and the soup is minimum $13 and very small portions. I got an extra side of tendon and it was $5 almost half the soup and the portions were once again laughable. I spent $30 in this average meal.... Not coming back for sure. There are better things to spend $30 on. The spring rolls makes me feel like I'm being straight up robbed, it's literally just lettuce with some tiny cup of noodle shrimp and vermicelli. It's sad at best.... Wouldn't not recommend this to anyone... read more

3:45PM 11/24. Terrible service. Worker had an attitude since the moment we walked in and food was a terrible experience. Food was extremely salty and worker claimed our food was fine. Worker spoke over us when we voiced our concerns and started picking up our plates before we could get a chance to decide if would like to stay and finish our meal. If you want some great Pho & great service you need to stop by here!! Wannie is so amazing & treats all of her guests like family!! I had their short rib Pho & my husband had the Ox tail Pho & they were both so delicious!! It felt like we were eating heaven!! I am a reoccurring customer I have had two other bad times here but other than that it's been good but I feel like the person at the counter is a very rude person and I only have a bad experience with her or the other lady working today I had asked her for more jalapeños and limes and she told me that she had to charge me for them in a rude tone I had asked her in a calm tone asking her why is it that u are the only person that works here that tries to charge me extra and she said in a rude tone that I was incorrect but I got HERE almost twice a week and she is the only person that makes me feel unwelcomed and I also ordered a chicken pho but she gave me beef broth with my chicken which I did not ask for and it tasted horrible in my opinion I don't like beef. so I went there and when you walk in they ask you if it's gonna be to go or to eat there I said I wanted to eat there and everybody else that went up to the counter and said they wanted to go. She would take their order before us and left us there for a little while waiting and waiting and waiting so I got up and left. Ordered beef pho which I thought and was very excited to try it since it's a pho place but the broth was blan, noodles so dry and stuck together when I use chopsticks the crumble into small pieces And have to use a fork. I ordered to go and would have liked more greens in the bag. Wasn't the worst but pholicious in the mall still is number one pho in the high desert. And you wouldn't think so cause it's the mall right. Maybe I'll try a plate next time they do look good. read more

Minus one star for the tails still being on my shrimp in my shrimp bowl (i had to pick at them in the hot broth), minus another star for their sprouts being soggy as heck; like they were frozen and had just defrosted, and finally their spring rolls only come with 2 instead of 3. I was looking forward to trying this place. It's under new ownership, 7 months. I started with the egg rolls, healthy portions and cooked perfectly. Wasn't impressed with the flavor or should i say the lack of flavor. It need salt and pepper. The OG Pho broth was very tasty. Glad they had all the sides and sauces, so you could add the spice to your satisfaction. Delicious soup. I would definitely order this again. Also ordered the Korean bbq ribs and fried rice. I was expecting the ribs to be cooked so the fat would be crispy and a little charred. I was disappointed, under cooked meat and chewy fat. Meat did not have any flavors of Korean bbq. Maybe next time i will order the meat well done. I will try the this dish again. The Fried rice, which i paid extra for definitely wasn't worth the money. It tasted like uncle Ben's plain white rice, with scrambled egg mixed in. It didn't even look appealing. Maybe i set myself for disappointment, since i make friend rice at home. Sticky rice, minced garlic, eggs, minced carrots and peas, add salt and pepper and soy sauce to taste. Garnish with green onions. The Japchae was actually excellent, well made with a noticeable amount of wok caramelization flavor. The sweet potato glass noodles had a firm, chewy texture and provided a nice contrast with the tender pieces of pork and stir fried vegetables. I will probably order Japchae again even though I don't think this is a regular menu item. It is highly recommended. Service is polite and efficient. The dining room is comfortable for a single diner.
