My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.
