Since moving to a regular 9-5 non-business owner, I wanted pet care for our dogs during the day. I also wanted in-home pet sitting and overnight care for our dogs so as not to disrupt their routine of having us in the home. I love, love, love Susan and Dan (the owners) and their entire scheduling staff as well as their "Pet Gals and Pet Guys". When our baby was due, Susan and the entire Pet Gal team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us plan for her arrival. There is nothing like feeling relieved that your home and pets will be well taken care of during one of the biggest life events. They really did go way above and beyond for us, adjusting to an ever changing situation as well as helping to make sure we had coverage in case something didn't go to plan. They even sent us a wonderful, thoughtful welcome home gift when we arrived home with our new human addition. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our favorite sitters are Jason and Claudia - my dogs LOVE them. They also leave the most wonderful updates and our home is always left better than when we left it. Pre-pandemic we counted on them to care for our pets during the day, and post-vaccine, they are able to care for them during travel time. The Pet Gal team members are all properly insured, trained, and you can trust them to show up, no matter what. You may not get the same sitter each time, but you will get the same care and attention each time. I am so thankful we're clients of The Pet Gal - they are truly a wonderful company.

They pick her up from my house (on time) and always send me pictures of my pup enjoying her vacation. They take her for long walks, give her heavy petting, play with her and treat her like a queen. I had looked into flying and picking up myself, having a company fly with the puppy from the breeder and ground transportation. After weighing all the options, ground transportation seemed the most cost-effective. After receiving multiple bids, Cmoorepets was the best option. Not knowing much about this method of travel, I was reliant on the Facebook page and the reviews that were on the page. I messaged the company and quickly received a quote. The setup process was very easy. I gave the pickup date and location and drop-off location. The payment was 1/2 on pickup and 1/2 at drop-off. A group text was setup between us, the breeder and the driver(Courtney-owner) and her co-driver(Christian-brother). We received many text messages and pictures along the way with location and updated estimated arrival times. This was such a great experience, I highly recommend this outfit if you are in need of transporting a pet. They are friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. I am thankful that in this day and age that there are companies that can be trusted with our most precious cargo.

I called last minute to ask if they'd be able to help me out. They came out that evening to meet my furry family and listen to my routine. They asked a lot of questions about each pet. They asked questions about any health issues and had backup plans in case something happened to them. They put me at ease right away and it was an easy decision to have them care for my three cats. I received daily updates and pictures of the cats playing, eating, and posing. These daily updates were very helpful and I stopped worrying about them after day one. They kept the schedule that I keep so as not to cause stress to the cats and provided information for me before I left to help with that as well. You choose how many times they come out. They don't just feed and empty boxes. They make sure the cats have a little play time, a little love and maybe even some brushing. I came home and everyone seemed just fine. They weren't overly fussy or put out because we were gone. UpScale Tailz provides extremely affordable services and I didn't stress my cats by taking them out of their environment. Ally and MJ watched all 3 of our fur kiddos, and followed our instructions to a T, including administering life-saving medications for my husky and arthritis meds for my Chow mix.
