I also like that the place isn't drowned in loud music or people's conversations like many other restaurants. The high ceiling probably helps with the noise level as well. We had: - Oysters with shallot: This dish tasted very fresh and had great flavor. - Poached steelhead with sunchoke: The fish was very tender. It looks and tastes very similar to salmon. - Chocolate budino with pistachio (dessert): The portion was just right, and the budino was rich; it felt almost like a mousse.
