My straps were too big on me and very loose on my back. Judy stitched it well and told me she left the extra fabric in case I ever needed to loosen it again. Judy's store is small and packed. However, there are many clothing items ready to pick up or be worked on. You can see she's been doing this business for a long time. Friendly, assertive, and to the point. Now I have a go-to spot for alterations! Parking is available along the side street, and pay the meters. I paid in cash, and I didn't check to see if all forms of payment can be used.

Not only did he take me on as a new customer without question, he walked me through the changes he intended to make, showed me the current styles, and was patient and generous with his time. While it wasn't possible to make the coat look exactly like new, Tiktok did a great job--as good as humanly possible, I'm sure--and the coat is wearable again.
