I was just like "....ok?". - The lines for the Kiosk/Register is very unorganized, I couldn't tell which one was which, everytime I go there are groups that just like go from behind to squeeze in next to me for their group, even pushing me and not saying excuse me, and they continue being loud. Besides that, just the vibe of the place now is very uncomfortable. If anything, I'll just start ordering online/pick up from now on. People couldn't hear their orders being called and it lead to a weird clump of people just lingering around wondering where their drinks were. And unless you're seated/have a table, you're kind of stuck awkwardly hovering around the cafe to wait for your order. There isn't really a space to wait at. There's a ton of tables packed inside a small space, which is nice, but also makes for a weird atmosphere for customers who are waiting for their drinks for take out/can't get a table. There is not much to comment on service as you order yourself on kiosks then just pick up your drink. Not sure if I'd return; maybe for another drink if I'm in the area but I think I personally have other spots I prefer a bit more for the taste/quality.

The employee greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me place my order right away since it wasn't busy at all. I asked what their most popular latte was, and he recommended the Biscoff latte. The pastries by the register looked beautiful and delicious, so I decided to try a s'mores bar and a mallow cookie topped with Oreo and Biscoff. Everything I ordered was amazing.
