It had a good portion between the meat, rice, and arugula. Meat was tender and tasted great, especially when you add their habanero sauce they offer. Also got the belgian fries with parmesan, parsley, and a peach bbq dipping sauce. Perfect crisp on the fries, and the portion was plentiful for the price being $6. I've visited Peached Tortilla several times when I'm in Austin visiting my girlfriend, and this visit might have been my favorite yet! I saw someone walking by with an order of French fries and immediately decided that I needed to try them for myself. I went with the Parmesan fries, and OMG... they were amazing! I honestly wish I had ordered two. I also got the pork belly tacos, and they were delicious. The pickled carrots and cucumbers added such a great balance to the pork belly and made the tacos a really flavorful treat. It's one of those combinations that you don't necessarily expect to find, but it works incredibly well. As I disembarked from my flight into Austin I caught a few women chatting about how good the airport food offerings are and immediately decided I should stress test their opinion. The Peached Tortilla got my quick business. Before I boarded my third flight of the day I enjoyed a Breakfast Taco (around $5) that wasn't just well-priced (especially for airport food) but it actually tasted good. Brisket, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese amply filled a tortilla which may not have been my preferred (corn). This would be my sole complaint. From another vendor, my son got a jumbo acai bowl. The result? I concur; Austin Airport has good food offerings at great prices. That's it: a satisfying, quick, and tasty taco . It was tender and super flavorful. I'm a big NomTaco fan and this was right up there in terms of flavor. One of the things I love about Austin Airport is the local representation of restaurants inside. Amy's Ice Cream, Peached Tortilla, Salt Lick BBQ, Del Taco, etc. This place had great customer service. I got the BBQ Chicken bowl that comes with Asian Slaw and I got it on a bed of half arugula and half jasmine rice.
