How hard/long to boil eggs. I went with a Caesar salad. The food came out quickly. The gumbo was light on the rice, but had plenty of shrimp and sausage. Was more like a soup, but a good taste. A few minutes after placing the order, the waitress came back and said that they were down to only one baked potato left. OK, no problem. One of them ordered the fries instead. I needed a desk to work and asked to switch rooms again, but was told no in a way that felt unwelcoming. Overall, not a great experience. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
