We were on the hunt of finding a good breakfast spot. We came across their restaurant on Google on a random Monday morning and decided to try. The service was good and the waitress was attentive to us. The boozy coffee was delicious and the omlettes were great. Will definitely be stopping by again.

After reading all of the great reviews and seeing instagram reels, I knew my husband and I had to try PC out! We went on a Saturday around 1pm and it was busy, but there was no wait for a table. The hostess and our waitress were very warm and welcoming. My husband ordered a full stack of buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon. I myself ordered a garden veggie breakfast burrito that came with home fries and a side of one piece of french toast. All of our food was excellent! The pancakes were warm and fluffy, the bacon crispy, my burrito was packed with veggies, and the french toast perfectly sweet. The restaurant itself was good sized, and had a separate room for parties. My only complaint would be that PC is very drafty, as the front door opens into a huge open room of tables. I consider the draft a minor detail though. My husband and I will gladly return!

I'm always looking to explore for more diner options, and this was my first time to Parkside. This place has an upscale feel, is pretty big inside, & was absolutely bustling on this Saturday morning. Menu has standard breakfast & lunch items, but an impressively array of creative options - see menu pics. It's a bit more expensive than other nearby breakfast options, e.g., $16-$18 for omelettes, but the prime N.Main street, downtown Bristol location comes at a premium. Food was good and service was flawless!

One of the best brunches I've had in a long time! The Parkside had a huge menu with so many creative options for sandwiches, sweets, drinks, and more. Our personal favorite was the kielbasa sandwich (Spanky's revenge), but everything was fresh and high quality. Our server and the owners were incredibly kind, checking in often and making us feel right at home. Cute decor, and it just felt like such a welcoming neighborhood spot. I hope guy Fieri would consider the Parkside next time he's in CT for Triple D!

Came here for brunch during a weekday. It was pretty busy which surprised me. I got the stuffed French toast and it was tasty. I enjoyed it along with my iced coffee. It was a nice spot to go and chat the day away. Plenty of parking as well.

The place is beautiful and spacious with lots of seating in 4 separate areas, including a counter with lots of seats. The menu items are varied, with many unique and creative selecyions as well as the usual fare. Our waitress, Amanda, earned this nickname from me: "Amazing Amanda." She was thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. And she wrote separate checks for our table of 20! What a gem. I ordered the steak and eggs, and it was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back!

Came here with my family during a short road-trip and it did not disappoint! The ambience is very well laid out and modern, my niece said "this is a nice place" and I agree! Upon entering, the woman in the front out our name down and told us about 15-20 min and for sure within 15 min we were seated, I love an establishment that knows their actual wait times and is organized with a list- kudos! I ordered the iced French toast latte (special) with almond milk and it surely was like a dessert in a drink --YUM! 4/5 For my main, I had the eggs Benedict (one of my favorite breakfast/brunch meals) and it also hit the spot! The potatoes were nicely cooked and seasoned and of course the eggs and hollandaise together were just great together in this dish. 4/5 My son had the Philly cheesesteak breakfast burrito and loved it as well, he ate the whole thing! To share, we all had the mixed berry cheesecake crepes (special) -- they were yummy. The crepes were a bit moist than I'm used to but delicious and the filling was not too sweet 3.5/5 Our server was great! Unfortunately I don't remember her name but she was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Good breakfast and lunch spot. Fast service. Home fries were ok but everything else was good.

(as the kids say) It was crowded despite being early evening. The only available seats were at the bar area near the windows, which was fine because we were determined to experience the "new" place. Fork and Fire has an upscale Gastropub sort of vibe and offers an eclectic menu. My family and I visited on a Sunday around lunch time. Fork and Fire only offered their Brunch Menu at the time, which I didn't know. I was in more of a lunch mood, but they let me order the Black and Burger off the later menu, which was very nice. Not all cheeseburgers feature melty slices. The Black and Blue Burger featured Crumbled Blue Cheese, Pickled Red Onions, Smoked Bacon and Chipotle Aioli, on Toasted Brioche. The burger was huge and well cooked. So juicy it dripped. A flavor bomb. I also ordered the famous Kitchen Sink wings for the table, along with a side of Blue Cheese AND Ranch. The wings were super juicy. Top Tier Juicy. But the outer texture was still appropriately crisp. The sauce was sweet and savory, with a little bit of heat. Great wings. And the side sauces were terrific too. Service was very good. The atmosphere was terrific. Everyone enjoyed their orders. 4.5 Stars

The booth and ambiance were nothing special, but we were given a plate full of apple slices that were sprinkled in cinnamon sugar (which was a nice touch), our waitress was fun and attentive and the food was very good. The menu offerings for breakfast were pretty basic and standard.. you won't find 6 kinds of pancakes or stuffed French toast here, but it's pretty clear that they have perfected their over-easy and other egg game. Hash browns can be the shredded, cubed or tater tot varieties and delicious. The gluten free bread the have was the best I've had (nice job!). Three of us had mimosas and they were delicious.
