I've had my own jewelry cleaned here before and have always had great experiences, so I recently brought in my mom's Pandora bracelets as a little surprise for her. She has quite the collection, and I wanted to get everything cleaned up so she could start wearing them again. When I picked them up, I decided to quickly double check that all of the charms were still there before leaving as I always do. I noticed that one of the gold charms was missing and immediately went back to let the employee know. This wasn't just any charm either. It's a retired gold Pandora charm that is difficult to replace so I was definitely worried when I realized it wasn't on the bracelet. The employee went into the back and came back very quickly saying she had found it at the bottom of the cleaner. I was honestly just so relieved to get it back, and I'm hoping it was simply an accident or mistake during the cleaning process. I still had a positive experience overall, the bracelets and charms are now sparkly clean, and I appreciate that they were able to locate the charm. But it definitely reminded me that accidents can happen, especially when you're dealing with small, high value pieces. Definitely take a moment to double check your jewelry before leaving after a cleaning! I'm so glad I noticed the missing charm before we went home because this was something sentimental I was doing for my mom, and I would have been absolutely heartbroken if it had gone missing. My husband and I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager at bellevue square location, we were so excited for our Black Friday shopping until your manager ruined our entire day. It happened as I was buying a Pandora ring for my sister for Christmas, then my husband is an avid Harry Potter fan and was looking at those pieces, she then in a "rude" tone and not at all a nice way told my husband "could you join your wife so I can entertain a customer?" First of all that's discrimination, why would she assume that my husband is not a customer, is Pandora only for women and not for men? My husband may be buying himself or me a gift for all we know and she just assumed that he's not going to buy anything and just join your wife , second of all, is my husband not a customer?, I assumed that the moment you step into a store whether you're buying something or not, you're already considered a customer. This experience made me so mad that I'm writing a Yelp review since I'm also a Yelp elite. I think that Ana Lungu the manager should #1 have above and beyond customer service since she's the manager, she should Atleast serve as an example to her employees. I've read your reviews on Yelp and they're very low too, I don't know if it's because of her customer service. My husband and I are also level 4 customers at Nordstrom, the reason why is because they go above and beyond to help people and they never discriminate anyone because of their gender. My husband said that being at Pandora and having experienced that yesterday was the very first time he felt discrimination. She should have atleast said things in a kind way so that we would feel respected but the tone of her voice and how she commanded him to join me was not of utmost respect for being a customer of Pandora. I visited The Pandora Store for the first time recently, to search for a gift for my friend who has many Pandora charms and bracelets. It was a thank you gift, so wanted it to be really special and meaningful and the moment I walked in - Lola was right there to assist and help me out! Since I don't own anything Pandora nor have I ever visited a Pandora store before, I needed all the help I could get for what kind of charms to get my friend. Lola was beyond helpful, asking me what the occasion was, which helped navigate us toward specific kind of charms of the several hundreds they have in store and in the catalog that you can browse through. It was also very obvious that she was knowledgeable about the products, telling me about the different styles, which charms fit in which bracelets and so on. Honestly, I wouldn't have even known about all the different kind of products had Lola not explained them all. I walked in here, not knowing a thing about Pandora; but now I can see why my friend and so many others are fans. And since Lola knew it was a gift for my friend, she made sure to put the charms in a nice box, which was presented very well and gift-wrapped the items for me. Above and beyond customer service! I stopped in today to shop for a Christmas gift for my mother. I've collected Pandora for years now, and have been in Pandora locations many, many times in many different states-and have never been treated as poorly as I was today. Admittedly, I came in after working out and taking my pup to the dog park-so I didn't look my best. But the person helping me wouldn't even take charms out of the case for me to look at-leaving them inside the jewelry case instead. Let me make clear that there were many other people inside the store-and every employee had charms out on the counter for those customers peruse so they could make their choices. When I asked to see certain charms, I was instead left to look at them through the glass. Again, I've shopped here a hundred times, and know this isn't standard, and I was upset at this, knowing I was being judged-so I just chose the pave paw charm I'd seen online and quickly gathered my things (I'd brought in 3 Pandora bracelets to be cleaned) and went to the register to pay instead of continuing to shop-and spend money-on myself. I understand needing to be careful with merchandise-but you've lost a (very regular) customer for good after this experience. read more

I come here regularly since it is the most convenient location to go to me. However, the customer service could be ranked from very good to very bad. They sometimes expressed that they are annoyed when you spent more then 5 mins there. Also, if I end up only purchased one item, they immediately changed their attitude even if they provided nice service before I check out. The last time I visited this place was just two days ago. Around 6pm on May.6th. I walked to an Asian young lady with long black hair and white glass because she was close to the entrance. I asked if you have more secure charms that I can see, and she said no. But when I asked if there's Disney selection, then she said yes. After asking twice to check more charms, she asked me to just look up the book. What's more is that she took off her glass and kept sighing heavily. I didn't want to complain because I guess she was too tired? Yet, when I asked another employee's help, she champed with rage and walked to the back. My friend laughed so much that we have never experienced such a incredible customer service. I meant... if you are so not happy to serve your customer, then I do not want to bother you either. My grandma got my mom, aunt and I pandora bracelets for Christmas and we finally got around to coming into the store all together and picking them out. The lady helping us was really great and nice. She was helpful especially since we were such a large group and it took us all 1.5 hours to get our bracelets figured out. I have to say we were pretty needy since we didn't know what we were doing or where to start. But we all left as happy campers with our new bracelets that looked great. I will say that I had the impression before going into this store that they would be really expensive since that is the message I get from all their TV ads but really once you get the bracelet going, they are really not that bad and a nice quality. I mean they are not real diamonds, just CZs but they are a really nice gift idea that I will have to keep in mind for the future. read more

I nearly completed a bracelet for myself the last time I was in, and since then I've returned and purchased a gift and individual charms. The staff is completely professional and inviting, the knowledge of the salespeople is impressive, the store is always shiny and follows company image. The professionals are more then happy to spend copious amounts of time exploring and playing with charms and are willing to invest the expertise and heart honest opinions, truly it is a treat to be able to just walk in and be remembered. There is absolutely no "pressure sales". I will also mention the complimentary cleaning and polishing services with any purchase. My daughter received two identical pairs of earrings for her birthday last week. I had bought her one pair and her sister the other. She went into the Bellevue Square store on Sunday to return one pair and after waiting over 15 minutes was eventually helped. She explained the situation to Destiny, one of the shop assistants and was told yes she could get a refund or if there was something else she wanted they could just do an exchange. After looking around she decided that there was nothing that she was interested in at the moment (she already has three bangles filled with charms) so wanted the money back. Another shop assistant took her receipt, could see that multiple items had been bought and then Destiny stepped in and said that my daughter would need her sisters card to refund the money. This is not the first time we have had problems with staff at this venue. Very arrogant attitude on Destiny's behalf and they could not even bother to apologize. Almost as if they would lose commission on the sale now that she was returning an item. Leaves a very bad taste! Went onto their website and there are a lot of similar reviews about the staff. Don't think that we will be shopping there again in a hurry! read more
