Later I need a quote from a Master Electrician... I called Nick and he had a Master Electrician at my house later that evening, who was also very patient while I ask a bunch of questions to find the right solution for me even though the one, we picked would not require any electrical work. Saving me a bunch of money. Nick is very responsive and a good communicator. He is very experienced in wide range of skills and project types. Like any project there are challenges as you go, and Nick just took care of them one-by-one quickly and competently. Nick was very thorough he made sure the scope the work included necessary stuff that other tradesmen may have ignored. So when the job was done it was fully complete, solid, up to code and realistically priced. Nick is now my go-to for any work I need done to the house. Highly Recommended!

Since we live in central Plano (i.e. a 1970's house), I've always dreamed of remodeling our kitchen but was worried about the process and how our family would survive without our main gathering/eating/cooking and entertaining area. I've heard lots of horror stories and was certain we would be adding to it after we finally made that step. However, enter Nick and David and their whole crew from GP Homes and Repairs and I can't say enough fabulous things about the entire process. After our dishwasher started leaking and caused quite a bit of damage to cabinets and flooring in our kitchen, we decided that now was the time to do it. From the beginning steps of designing to demo day and finishing ahead of schedule (on Thanksgiving week), Nick and his team had us fixing our turkey dinner in our new kitchen and surrounded by our loved ones. We are big on communication, professionalism, staying within budget, and quality work. I'm happy to say that they exceeded our expectations and check all the boxes. Ethan and his crew are extremely professional, helpful, and reliable. We've had them complete multiple projects for us including replacing rotted porch posts that were originally directly touching the cement. Ethan recommended raising new posts off the cement. The replaced posts look great and are now protected from moisture on the ground when it rains. He also painted them and all the soffits and trim on our house. We also had Prestige rebuild our iron and wood fence gate, which had become rotted over many years. It looks fantastic. In our kitchen, we had Prestige take down a large protruding decorative box around our vent hood which kept resulting in head bumps. He also replaced the vent hood, built out new trim around it and stained it to match the existing cabinets. We are so pleased with all of the work done at our house. Their pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I can't recommend Ethan and Prestige Construction enough. Zach was very knowledgeable and responsive from quote to completion, and their team did an excellent job executing our project. They engaged us regularly about our preferences and were extremely responsive to any minor concerns we had. In the end, we got exactly what we want and the work looks great! The company truly lives up to their name. Our project included the following work: - concrete pool deck & path replacement with paving stones - retaining wall rebuild - stone wall tuck pointing - flower bed edging replacement - back fill and leveling of yard - sod replacement - crushed granite path installation along fence line. I highly recommend them for all of these services! --------------- June 2018 - I want to update my previous review, because I had a settling issue with the pool deck pavers Clients First installed last July. I contacted Zach to let him know about the gaps opening up between the pavers and the cracks in the stone border mortar. He immediately responded that it was covered under warranty and provided me with a time frame for his team to repair it. They came out, added re-bar and concrete to the foundation to prevent future shifting and relaid all the pavers. Couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and workmanship. Many companies are quick to respond to problems when money is on the line, but this is one of the few I've worked with that cares about their clients when there is nothing to gain financially. Couldn't be happier!
