Our landscape lighting was getting tired. Bulbs were out or misaligned due to tree growth. Some wires were hanging free. Karen fixed all of that and installed better bulbs to soften the down lights. She made sure we were pleased with all the work and checked with us the day after to made sure all the lights looked great. We found Nite FX Lighting via Google search. Karen, owner, responded quickly to phone message requesting estimate to install downlighting in tall backyard trees. Her estimate was very reasonable. She and Matthew were able to connect additional wiring and 3 tree light to existing landscaping transformer after checking the capacity. They also repaired other damaged landscaping lights and wiring. A few weeks later one new downlight quit working, so they came back the day we called and replaced the light and re-aimed it at no cost. After the freeze / snow, our landscape lights in the back all went out. We went through the normal checks and could not figure out what was going on. I called multiple landscape lighting companies trying to get someone out to check, etc. with little to no luck. I then happened upon NiteFX and spoke to the owner. First, she (Karen) tried to diagnose our problem over the phone so that we would not be spending unnecessary $$$ for a technician to come out. Once it was apparent that a tech needed to come, an appt was made and the technicians were right on time. They diagnosed our problem within the first hour, fixed our issue, and then billed us exactly what we were expecting. I normally don't write many recommendations, but this company was great to work with. Won't use again. Good initial install. Karen basically yelled at me when I called to discuss bill. "I have notes on you. You always complain." She verbally agreed to installing conduit under sidewalks that they missed at initial installation in 2015. Lawn crew has cut wire 4 times since 2015. Itemized bill showed I was charged for conduit installation despite our prior conversation. read more
