They came out and bid a job to light up the front of my home. It got two other bids, and while Karen wasn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, I knew the quality of her products and her personality and style were the right fit for me/my home. We scheduled the job, they arrived early to start the job and worked neatly and efficiently throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this business and I have very high standards. Great work and great people to work with. Love them! read more

Nite FX Lighting - Lighting Fixtures & Equipment Near Me

We recently had Nite FX Lighting company and Karen the owner. Install landscape lighting around our property, and the transformation is absolutely stunning! We knew it would look good, but we didn't realize it would completely change the vibe of our home at night. Karen and the team was professional, mindful of our existing plants, and really took the time to position every light for the best effect. It's added so much curb appeal and a great sense of security. If you're on the fence about adding lighting, do it and hire Nite FX Lighting to get it done right!" March 2, 2026 Rice Family read more

Our landscape lighting was getting tired. Bulbs were out or misaligned due to tree growth. Some wires were hanging free. Karen fixed all of that and installed better bulbs to soften the down lights. She made sure we were pleased with all the work and checked with us the day after to made sure all the lights looked great. The prices are reasonable and the new light they installed is top of the line equipment. These guys are the best! read more

We found Nite FX Lighting via Google search. Karen, owner, responded quickly to phone message requesting estimate to install downlighting in tall backyard trees. Her estimate was very reasonable. She and Matthew were able to connect additional wiring and 3 tree light to existing landscaping transformer after checking the capacity. They also repaired other damaged landscaping lights and wiring. A few weeks later one new downlight quit working, so they came back the day we called and replaced the light and re-aimed it at no cost. I highly recommend Nite FX based on Karen's knowledge, attention to details and desire to please the customer. read more

Karen does a stand up job. She came out promptly and gave me a reasonable quote. She also had her crew remove old timey high voltage lighting that had burned out years ago. Really recommend this woman owned business. Karen rocks. read more

Nite FX is a very good company that delivers what they promise. The owner, Karen, is a gem and is great to work with. She's been in the business for years and her excellence in her approach to the design, installation and customer service is impeccable. I called several years ago to give me an estimate, but I made the mistake of going with a different contractor whose work was horrible and didn't last. I ultimately had to call Karen several years later to have our landscape lighting refreshed with a new design. I should have gone with her from the beginning. Take it from me ---- call Karen at Nite FX if you want a great contactor to get the job done right the first time. read more

When I tell you I interviewed 7 companies for the job, believe me. I knew exactly what I wanted but couldn't find anyone who could share the same vision without costing a mint. Karen not only had a vision, she literally placed small flags in my yard so I could imagine how it would look. I had high standards and pretty unrealistic expectations but she knocked it out of the park. I literally could not be happier with the results. read more

They did a great job. Recommended placements for the best lighting options and the price was great. Fast turnaround from quote to install. We will be using Karen again when its time to install lights in the back. read more

After the freeze / snow, our landscape lights in the back all went out. We went through the normal checks and could not figure out what was going on. I called multiple landscape lighting companies trying to get someone out to check, etc. with little to no luck. I then happened upon NiteFX and spoke to the owner. First, she (Karen) tried to diagnose our problem over the phone so that we would not be spending unnecessary $$$ for a technician to come out. Once it was apparent that a tech needed to come, an appt was made and the technicians were right on time. They diagnosed our problem within the first hour, fixed our issue, and then billed us exactly what we were expecting. I normally don't write many recommendations, but this company was great to work with. From working with Karen over the phone and through text, to working with their technicians, they (Nite FX Lighting) are a first rate company and I highly recommend them. read more

Seriously, the best! My husband I recently purchased a home in the North Dallas area - we love our new home, but there aren't many street lights (something we didn't pay attention to at the time). Anyways, once we noticed, we knew that we had to do something. I found this company on Yelp and Karen has been excellent and VERY accommodating. I never thought I would be this interested in outdoor lighting, but here I am - and very happy. I would definitely reccomend. read more

Karen was awesome to work with. Explained everything, arranged a design that worked best for what I was looking for. Install was painless and professional. She also keeps open a great line of communication. Thanks so much! read more

These guys did an A++ fantastic job on our outdoor landscape lighting. We have used them several times for our lighting needs, as we have over an acre of property and it can get pitch black outside at night. Karen, the owner, is such a sweet lady and did everything possible to ensure we were pleased and happy with the work. I would highly recommend Nite FX, as they have made our home and landscape look absolutely stunning! Thank you Karen! read more

Karen was such a pleasure to work with, from our estimate to installation and following up to ensure our satisfaction. She was extremely prompt and thorough in communication and her expertise was reflected in her suggestions and finished product! Greg was the installer and we could not have been more pleased with his attention to detail and the care he took in our landscaping as he conducted his work. Amazing result and Karen followed up the evening of the install to ensure it met our expectations. Great, Professional organization and so happy to have done business with Nite FX Lighting. Will definitely use Karen and her team for future projects! read more

Won't use again. Good initial install. Karen basically yelled at me when I called to discuss bill. "I have notes on you. You always complain." She verbally agreed to installing conduit under sidewalks that they missed at initial installation in 2015. Lawn crew has cut wire 4 times since 2015. Itemized bill showed I was charged for conduit installation despite our prior conversation. read more

Really enjoyed working with Karen and John. Nice people. Did a what they said. Reasonable prices. Can't ask for anything else.
