We waited an hour for our food, which would have been expected except everyone around (who arrived after) us was served before we were. Only a group of 4 and we didn't order anything crazy. It seems like orders that come through the web are given precedence over orders made in the restaurant. AMAZING!!! I got the lobster omelette with American cheese and I added spinach for $0.75 (very worth it). It was an extremely generous portion of lobster!! I was very pleasantly surprised. Amazing value for the price. The chef there is unbelievable! He's a super human. My boyfriend and I sat at the bar area and were in complete awe by the cook! It was truly breakfast with a show. I would love to give this place more stars but I had a couple disappointments. We had a 25 minute wait, and then when we got in, our timing was lousy and then serving a party of 15 or so people majorly delayed us getting both beverage and food. They were apologetic but it was still a bit frustrating. I thought the lobster omelette wasn't cheesy enough, but it did have a good amount of lobster in it. I was disappointed with the stuffed French toast because it was kind of dry. The blueberry muffin and vegetarian omelette my friends got were the winners of breakfast. I tasted the toasted blueberry muffin and it was sooooo good! So you can give it a try if you like omelettes but lack your patience. read more

the worst breakfast that IVE ever seen first off, we got to the restaurant at 11:15, couldn't order until 11:30, even though it was take out, and then didn't get our food until almost 12:30. there was no one else here. what the heck third, a side of bacon was $6 for four tiny slices. four pancakes is $29. a chocolate milk was $5. it costs $2 for onions, tomato's, or any other add-on. they also charged me and extra TWO dollars for cheese that i did not buy. they even forgot to put bacon in one of my omelettes. dude. fifth, this place was not worth the wait, money, or stomach aches that we all obtained after eating here. i would highly suggest not coming to this breakfast place and instead, choose something better. our morals are just different. i will be taking my business elsewhere, and back to harbor candy store. read more

We bought our summer home here in 19997 and I still remember where we sat and what we had. Simply the best, fluffiest Omelettes you'll ever have. It's been here since 1983 and the atmosphere is bohemian and laid back. Coffee is great, the homemade strawberry jam is insane, and the Belgium Waffles...couldnt beat them even if you were in, you know, Belgium. My wife and I were here for Labor Day Weekend from Massachusetts and decided to stop here for breakfast on our way home. I ordered the western omelette. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it looked like a work of art. Like when you see a photo in the menu but it looks completely different when it's in front of you... this looked better than any photo in any menu.
