This was a nice treat for my bf and I. They were timely , accommodating and friendly . The couples massage was heavenly!

So, pedicure was great. Got scammed on everything else. Just make sure to ask prices before, they jacked up the price of a pair of pants that I bought, (the lady said 20$, I was charged 28$) and over-charged me for a detox foot bath that doesn't actually do anything. Also bought the "cleansing kit" he said had everything I needed, turns out the "kit" is only two parts of the cleanse and they want you to buy the other half of the cleanse. Total rip off. Don't be fooled. read more

This is a top notch spa, but it could have a couple more saunas and stuff like that. My step mother is a massage therapist and she also thinks this spa deserves five stars. When I went I tried the salt tank, it was a very cool out of body experience I had never done before. I would definitely say try it, but make sure not to rub your eyes or open your mouth! read more

What makes a business a 5 star is not just doing what you're advertised to do; it's the extra, little things that earns you that status. The Om Spa provided that extra little thing that provided us a 1st class experience. Thank you Dale and Lilian for wonderful massages. Sorry again Dale for snoring. Thank you Maria and Mia for wonderful facials. I never had one before; it was an excellent experience. Again, sorry to Mia for snoring. Thank you again Maria and Marcia for the great pedicures and conversation. Last but not least, thank you Eric for your hospitality and for being a welcoming face to all your customers! read more

Very relaxing and enjoyable experience. I did the foot reflexology with Lahiro and it was sooo divine! Lahiro was very soft and strong and appreciated his energy! Going back again for another session. HIGHLY recommend . Also Eric is great and very hospitable. read more

Big time up sell for the massage. Pedi was barely passable and mani was awful. Technician had no "touch." Felt as if both fingers and toes were being squeezed and neither provided a "finished" look. Never to return. read more

Friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere. Loved it! To start, I booked my appointment online the night before and they called to offer an earlier appointment if I wanted it. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. My 30 minute deep tissue massage with Rachel was wonderful. I was amazed by how much she was able to fit in. The massage was more thorough than many of the hour long massages I have had at other places. The view of the garden out back was beautiful and a peaceful beginning and end to the massage. After the massage, I had my first 60 minute session in the float tank. It is now my favorite follow up to a massage. Can't wait to do it again! read more

I had a wonderful afternoon at The Om Spa. The inside and outside space are beautiful. The clinicians are friendly and helpful. The meditative light experience was amazing. I went into a deep meditation that took me into spiritual bliss. I was totally relaxed when I was finished and had a deep restful sleep that night (something that has eluded me for months). I did the half hour session and would recommend an hour. It felt as if only minutes past. It was nice to get a pedicure from someone who paid attention to what she was doing and took her job seriously. I get pedicures monthly and have not found someone who takes such care until now! I highly recommend this lovely spa. read more

I honestly can't believe their aren't more reviews on this place! Hands down the best facial I have ever had in Naples! I had Jocelyn and she was amazing! She had good touch and you can really tell that she loves what she does. Also, very informative, but not pushy when it came to the products. My boyfriend had a massage with Sandra and his only complaint was that it wasn't long enough! Already looking forward to my next visit! read more

Very nice front... and that's really all they have to offer. My best friend and I both went in for a 1 hour massage and I was very disappointed. I asked for a deep tissue massage and definitely did not receive that. I also told the therapist that my neck and shoulders were my main concern, and she spent maybe 10 minutes on them. I arrived to the spa 20 minutes early for paper work, and finished within 10-12 minutes, I was then escorted to the back to await my massage, I paid for 60 minutes, arrived early, to ensure I would not lose time on my massage. Ultimately your 1 hour massage will turn into 40-45 minutes, even if you're on time. I do not recommend this place. I was very disappointed, and will not be going back. read more

Outstanding receptionist, management communication and understanding and Aestheticians. Julia gives the most amazing deep tissue and therapeutic massage! Vera did a great job with a facial - massage of hands/arms included. read more

I wanted a deep tissue massage and ordered such. I received the lightest massage I have ever had and when I mentioned this-- the man at the desk said they must have gotten it mixed up with another client. There was no refund, discount, apology-- nothing. I was so excited because of others experiences, but it was really expensive to get something you did not request. read more

Best massage I've ever had. The energy is very positive and healing. Therapists are knowledgeable about the body. So much more than just your typical massage. read more

My friend and I went for deep tissue massages looking for relaxation. I have had a lot of massages in my life and this was BY FAR the best. Great overall, but Lahiru, my massage therapist, was a miracle worker. I'd had a pain/sore muscle/tightness for 3-4 months down the right side of my neck and into my back. I mentioned it. He listened, when he hit the right spot I said, yep, that's it. He paid attention and concentrated on it. He worked on it and worked on it. Did I say he's a miracle worker? Seriously. When I left, this pain that was always there, that I'd learned to live with, that made it difficult to fall asleep, was gone. The massage overall was wonderful, The facility is super clean. Everyone is there is kind and helpful. I'm a snowbird, but when I return I won't go anywhere else. I have to assume the standards are high across the board and that all the massage therapists and selected for their quality. I don't know, though, because this was my first time and Lahiru has been my only one there. I can not say enough wonderful things. Rock star spa. Thank you. read more

It wasn't really what I expected I spend $300 and it wasn't what I expected I DO NOT!! recommend this spa to anyone; it's a waist of your money and time!!! Super disappointed! read more

I absolutely love this place. I found it online over a year ago and went for a couples massage. It was wonderful. I've gone many many times since for always a swedish massage for 50 mins and it's the perfect amount of time. I've also gotten the Youthful facial. AMAZING. Everyone i've had there is super sweet and really care about how you're doing and their service. One of the owners Erik is always super helpful and kind at the front desk! Truly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!! read more

Amazing relaxing experience!! Highly recommend this spa- gorgeous views, excellent customer service by everyone I came in contact with and very clean. I came out completely relaxed after a day at the spa package that included massage, body scrub, facial, mani and pedicure. All 3 women were so friendly and experienced! They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable. I will definitely be returning! read more

I loved spending time at Om Spa. I went there with my boyfriend and it was a new, unique experience for both of us. The rooms are well-kept and the service there was amazing. They are all compassionate and gifted people. I chose a facial treatment as well as the mani/pedi. Along with that I received a deep tissue massage which I highly recommend! I will definitely come again read more
