Ordered at 1pm. 50 minutes later they say their fryer is broken and they are majorly backed up and it will be a long time.

This was my first time using Toast. Typically I use OpenTable or Yelp but they were not available on there to make a reservation unfortunately. Parking was plentiful between the lot and street parallel parking. All the parking was free! Once seated, we were greeted by our fantastic server, Neli. She was absolutely amazing! Very personable & friendly! I ordered the More Cheese Flatbread and a side of Breakfast Potatoes. The More Cheese is a flatbread topped with garlic sauce, mozzarella, Gouda, white cheddar, parmesan, fried parsley, and crushed red pepper flakes. I asked for mine without red pepper flakes. For the Breakfast Potatoes, I questioned if they had peppers in them. Neli and the kitchen made sure they did not put them in. Both were absolutely delicious! The flatbread was perfectly cheesy, the crust was thin and not hard, and the fried parsley was a great addition! The Breakfast Potatoes were crispy and I loved the flaky sea salt on them! Ended up having enough for leftovers, which was my dinner that night and just as good at home as it was at the restaurant. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Walking in, the space is beautiful. The lighting fixtures really stand out and give the restaurant a stylish, inviting ambiance. The staff was warm, attentive, and provided great service throughout the evening, which made the experience more enjoyable. I did enjoy both appetizers and dinner, but wasn't impressed by the drinks. I did notice wine tasting in the back room. Even though it's a bit of a drive for me, I would come back to check that out. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus.

The food options on Happy Hour menu were very good, particularly the Quesadilla and Prime Rib sliders. My wife loved the arancini balls as well and shrimp tempura was solid. From a drinks perspective my wife tried the sangria flight and it was a great option with 4 different types of sangria with more hits than misses. Happy Hour overall was a great option but wish it went until 6 (ends at 5:30, which is a bit early). We will definitely be back.

My wife and I were looking forward to our 1st dining experience at Coopers Hawk for our 31st anniversary. Unfortunately both the food and service were extremely disappointing. My wife ordered the filet mignon: 8 oz. Filet, Steak Butter, Crispy Onion Strings, Grilled Broccoli, Choice of Side 46.99 and I ordered Ellie's chicken piccata Lemon Butter Caper Sauce, Capellini Pasta 26.99 We both ordered glasses of wine with the meal - my wife ordered a red wine and I ordered the white wine they recommended to pair with the chicken piccata Neither wine came before our meal. When our meal was brought, there was still no wine yet. The server who brought our meals to the table asked if there was anything else we needed and I said-yes-the wine we ordered to come with our meal. 15 minutes later after after meals were brought--still no wine This is unacceptable at any restaurant-but for an establishment such as Coopers Hawk that centers everything around their wines this is ridiculous. When the wine was finally brought over 15 minutes later after our meals were brought they actually still forgot to bring my wife her wine and only brought mine. I told the server that it was too late and we did not need it anymore. The server clearly saw when she brought the wine that we were well finished with our meals already but did not offer any apology up-front and only after I said that "its too late" did she offer to take the wine off the bill. She did offer that she could still bring my wife's wine out and still take it off the bill and also offered to let me keep my wine and also take it off the bill but the damage had already been done at that point as it was over 15 minutes since we received our meals Now onto the food itself-very disappointing. Although my wife's steak was cooked perfectly as far as the inside of the steak-the steak itself had little to no seasoning and had no char on the outside. Outside of those 2 things - the quality of the meat itself was also disappointing. To give you an idea - the quality of the filet itself was less than the filet you would get at a Longhorn's steak restaurant which charges about 29.00 compared to $46.99 here - so you would expect at the very least it would at least be equal (or should be better) quality beef than Longhorns but unfortunately it was worse. The Chicken Picatta on the menu clearly says "Lemon Butter Caper Sauce" there were plenty of capers on the plate but outside of 2 lemons wedges on the plate for show there was absolutely no lemon flavor whatsoever in the dish. The chicken was cooked very well and was juicy but there was virtually no seasoning on the chicken at all and there was zero (0) lemon flavor. So again extremely disappointing. The restaurant is upscale and very nice looking and has a vibrant social atmosphere but when the service is bad, the wine doesn't come with the meal (and that is the theme of the restaurant-the wine), and the food is this disappointing it all adds up to a very bad experience which unfortunately also occurred on our special occasion-our wedding anniversary

We waited patiently for it and it did not take long at all. After we arrived and got our food, it ended up getting busy around 730 pm so we came at perfect timing. The crisp on the chicken and fries were pretty good. Although the fries were quite salty and the batter of the chicken tenders were quite peppery. I had it with the Cajun ranch and the honey bbq. Perhaps the sauce made it peppery but I didn't think so and the honey bbq was pretty smoky. My fave part of my meal was the mixture of the raspberry and peach tea and lemonade and the Texas toast. I'm glad I got to try it with the great deal yesterday. There is seating with booths and tables inside and outside seating as well as drive through.

There's parking outside. Inside, there are booths, regular tables and high top tables. It was bright and clean. You order and pay at the counter. They bring the food to you when it's done. My husband and I decided to share some tenders. We chose their "hungry meal" which included 7 tenders, Texas toast, fries, and a medium drink. I swapped out the fries and ordered the side of potato salad instead. The meal also comes with your choice of two sauces (there are 6 house sauces for the tenders; and 8 sauces for the wings.) We chose one ranch and honey mustard. One of the things that I liked was that each menu item showed the calorie counts as well as the prices and what was included. The food was ready fairly fast. We got everything we'd ordered correctly. The tenders were lightly breaded and quite large in size. All white meat and very, very good. He had the ranch sauce, and I had the honey mustard. We each liked our choices. The Texas toast was okay (I gave it to him). And the potato salad was good -- light on the mayo, as I like it. I'd definitely come back here again in the future. Right now the closest branch to us is in Okeechobee, Florida. I'll be watching for more of their stores to be a bit nearer as they plan to expand -- and we hope more to be located in south Florida.

He said he wasn't our server but that he'd take care of us. He turned out to be very good. Regarding the food, we started with the empanada trio. They came out hot and crispy. The chicken and beef were good but not much filling. We didn't enjoy the pizza one at all. For meals we had the shredded pork with rice, beans and plantains and a Cuban sandwich. Our food was very good. We each ordered the lemonade. Got the bill and saw they were $7 each. Wow. Guess we should have checked the menu for prices of drinks. Not sure we'll go back inside but may get takeout in the future.
