Chicken Pesto Panini

If you are looking for a place to enjoy delicious food & drinks in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the spot for you. The food is delicious. The service is always great. The highlight of my visit is seeing the kitty cat robot, truly.

The Buffalo. Doesn't look as good as other photos on yelp.

Not too bad, Would come back. Ranch is homemade tastes good. Chips and queso were really good.

Salsa, Mac & Cheese, The Cali Chicken Sandwich
Hi’ilawe A.

I wanted to try this place because it got 4 stars. But it was just alright. Prices were pretty high for the amount of food given. The food was okay but not anything unimaginably good. Salsa was the worst out of everything. It was such an odd flavor, I couldn't even describe it.

Not all chicken salads are not all made equal. Nothing says Yum like yellowing leaves of salad.... I'll say this much, this place only looks pretty, The facility is pretty, some of the other food looks pretty... and that's all But not everything here was a bust! My server was the best, kind, welcoming. Shes the real reason I'm giving this place a 3. ( note to self ) I wish we went to Chills instead.... Chills....

Pesto Chicken Flatbread & Chicken Parm Sandwich

Had the Pesto Chicken Flat and Chicken Parm Sandwich and it was delicious! Great environment with live music tonight! Highly recommend! Fast and friendly service too!

$16 worth of tomato basil soup in the picture. Ordered $70 worth of food to go. I usually save reviews for the good stuff, but this is ridiculous.

Tried this place for the first time and I was very pleased! The atmosphere is good and so is the service. The food was very tasty and they have a large diverse menu. The prices are a bit high, but you get what you pay for! If you're in the area this place is worth trying!

Brussel Salad with chicken

The Nook is a little country club bar and restaurant with windows all around and it has a country feel. The staff is friendly and attentive. I got the Brussels sprouts with chicken it was flavorful with a sweet chili sauce, my choice drink? A caramel latte with lots of foam. my husband ordered a Philadelphia sandwich and fries which he enjoyed

Zoodles with chicken

I don't know what's happened as of late but the food here has been terrible on multiple occasions. The chips on the nachos come out burned, yet the cheese on them isn't even melted. You can pick up shredded cheese (it's typically in a ball in the center) that was never melted. If you order the chicken sandwich, items are always missing from it. This last time I ordered it and they left off everything! I literally got chicken and a bun. Service has been falling as well. Waitresses spend more time talking and hanging out next to the bar than actually checking on people. On multiple occasions I've had to get up to go to the bar to ask for waters, silverware and even return our food because we were brought something we didn't order. I hope things turn around here because this is our neighborhood restaurant. I love the idea of having a place so close we can walk to. But it's not worth it for bad food and service.

At The Nook, the brisket flat bread pizza they serve is amazing, the wings were nice and saucy, the sandwiches were delicious and was toasted perfectly, it was soft and chewy yet had a nice crisp to it, and its perfect for those looking for a savory meal, I would definitely recommend.

Very nice local fare with indoor and outdoor seating right by the pool. I had the BBQ brisket pizza and it was quite unique and delicious. Fast and friendly staff, pleasant ambiance.

The hamburgers? Frozen meat patties that tasted like they'd been excavated from the back of a 2019 freezer. My fish and chips came with fish that smelled like it had been on a week-long bender in a dumpster behind the pier. And the lobster ravioli? Let's just say the only thing "lobster" about it was the price tag. The pasta was sad, the filling was suspicious, and the whole thing felt like a culinary war crime. But hey, at least the ambience is great! Beautiful lighting, nice decor, perfect for pretending you're having a fancy night out... while quietly plotting your escape to literally any other restaurant. Oh, and don't worry about the shortcuts -- when they're done disappointing your taste buds, they'll hit you with a credit card fee for the privilege. Nothing says "we care about your experience" like charging you extra to leave poorer and hungrier than when you arrived. Save your money, your dignity, and your stomach. Go somewhere else to eat. Anywhere else. Even a gas station hot dog would've been an upgrade.

I would say the beers are just ok as somebody who enjoys IPAS. The food came out and we had a few issues with my steak being well done instead of medium and another members fries not being hot. They were able rectify the situation quickly for us and the new items came out the correct way. My steak was decent and you can tell the fries are freshly cut. My husband had the bbq brisket quesadilla and he enjoyed that and said it was a nice size. My toddler had the kids sliders which she seemed to like. My mom had the voodoo avocado club. It was a big sandwich and she said it was tasty. My dad went with the chicky chicky bang bang which came with sweet potato fry's and he said it was delicious. This was right before their holiday drinks were dropping so then brought over a grinch mimosa for our table to try. It was ok but they were looking for feedback on what could be done better with the drink. After giving the feedback. Preston who is the general manager brought over a few other holiday cocktails for us to try. I will say they were really delicious. Everyone should make it to voodoo this holiday season to give these drinks a try.

My wife and I came in on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch slash early dinner and overall the experience just left us asking, do we not get it? The vibe is cool and the space itself is nice. We didn't do the golf bays, but they look like the main draw and I can see how that would be fun with the right group. From an atmosphere standpoint, no real complaints. Food is where things fell apart a bit. We both ordered the Local Burger and it was mid at best. The bun completely fell apart and the fries were soggy, which is always disappointing when you're paying for something that's clearly trying to present itself as elevated bar food. It is weird that the menu is so limited. Usually fine with that cause it makes the food that is there much better, but that didn't happen this time. Service didn't help much either. The servers were all in their early 20s and spent a good amount of time texting and loudly talking at the end of the bar. I honestly don't care about that as long as service is still attentive, but that part was missed. Drinks sat empty longer than they should have and it just felt disengaged. Overall, it feels like a place that's trying to be fancier than it actually is. The food doesn't justify the hype and I'm guessing the golf bays are what really make this place worth it. I might come back if a friend wanted to go, but it wouldn't be my pick.

The chicken sandwich was brined and hand breaded, definitely didn't fit on the bun and was juicy with the right amount of spice. Burgers were great and the fries had the perfect crunch, hot and tasty. The jalapeño dip took a minute to come out - I can only assume because it's made to order. Certainly tasted that way. And, because we are gluttons, we had the fried onions and jalapeños. Not just any regular breaded onions and japs, but fresh jalepenos fried just enough and the onions were not strings, but like you just took them off a blooming onion yourself.
