The service was excellent too; everyone was friendly and attentive. I tried the steak dish, and it was absolutely delicious -- perfectly cooked and came with a flavorful gravy, sides of roasted carrots and fluffy scallop-like potatoes. I also got the pumpkin pie mocktail, which was such a fun seasonal drink. One of the best parts about Plant City is that you can enjoy Sezn upstairs and then still have all the great options downstairs. Some of my favorites are the buffalo pizza (crispy buff tofu, celery & buff sauce) and the fettuccine alfredo with broccoli, which is super creamy and comforting. Overall, Sezn was fun to try outside of of ordering my usual favorite dishes downstairs, and I am looking forward to ordering the ravioli next!

I did go at 3pm and I was the only person in there, so I'm sure that had some effect on the quality of food. The first time I came, it was a rainy weekday and this time it was a sunny weekend, so I was expecting an even larger crowd; and my prediction was correct. The line was just out the door but because of their awesome staff, the line was moving very quickly. While we waited in line, we could watch them making pastries through the glass, a couple feet in front of us. I admired that level of transparency. When we were third in line, the kindest lady asked us whether we'd be eating in or taking out and she took down our name to help us find a table when it came time. She did the same for the rest of the people in line. She also gave us some recommendations, including the cinnamon bun - apparently they're so good kids cry when they sell out. I didn't intend to order anything with my drink, but I couldn't get the cinnamon bun out of my head so I ordered it along with my iced spiced chai latte. The hen (I think it's their logo) on the aprons of the employees are super cute. We did secure a table. The tables are close together to maximize the number of people who can sit down but I didn't mind. I love their art all around, mostly of birds which I am obsessed with. I love that they have a lot of natural lighting coming through their tall windows. I also like the navy blue and white theme they have going on. The chai latte was perfect. It was the right color (a dark tan), meaning the ratio of tea and milk was good and I could taste a lot of the spices. The cinnamon bun blew my expectations away. The second my teeth made. contact with the icing, it was a magical feeling. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it tasted like, but the closest I got was dulce de leche. It is truly unlike any other cinnamon bun I have ever had. The dough is soft and there is a good amount of cinnamon. It's also $4 which is not bad. I had a bite of their canelé, which apparently requires a lot of work to make. It was very moist, with a great caramelized finish. I am super excited to try their new weekend dinner menu, but also more of their all day menu items.

I love the book themed decor or the restaurant, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, with just enough noise to be comfortable. You can definitely hold a conversation here and be able to hear the others at your table. I ordered the "Between the Acts" cocktail with gin, rhubarb, lavender, cocchi rosa, and citrus. It was beautifully served and tasted even better than it looked. Would definitely order this again. We split the Halloumi fries as an appetizer. The fries were very similar to mozzarella sticks, except with Halloumi, and they were incredible, especially with the hot honey. For entrees, we got the Bucatini and the Chicken & Waffles, and they were both delicious. In fact, I think the chicken and waffles may have been the best I've ever had. I especially loved the thin and crispy chicken cutlet, and the chipotle honey butter was so good! Unfortunately, we were too full for dessert, but the dessert options looked amazing as well. Service was great throughout our entire visit. Our water glasses were refilled promptly and were checked on just the right number of times. Portion sizes were very good, and pricing is spot on. What a great dining experience!

Drinks included a large Pellegrino, an Other People's Pinot (the most expensive item at $17 for a glass); ending up with a hot tea and a good double espresso. The 18% service was automatically added bringing the total just under $100. A restaurant worth patronizing.

While waiting for the food and talking with the family I was able to get a good vibe check of the ambiance of this place and I must say I good really great vibe and felt like was just a bunch of happy people eating and having greats convos with one another. :-) On to the food! Nachos - Super awesome and crunchy and fresh. not soggy at all and a huge portion for 15 bucks! Margherita pizza - Super fresh piping hot pizza with fresh tomatoes and Basil! Sriracha Buffalo Cauliflower - This is where things started to turn inconsistent. let's see we had three orders of these and pretty much all three orders looked different, tasted different and some of the bigger pieces were not cooked through. All three of us did share each others to compare tastes. Reggie's Raw Heaven Salad - I did not eat the salad but I looked at it and asked the couple how they liked it and they said it was awesome! Note to self to try next time! Sweet Potato Wedges - Hot and fresh but again with the inconsistency, some were over cooked almost burnt and some were a little under cooked but for the most part they were nice and crunchy on the outside and nice and pillowy soft on the inside. Overall - I do love this place, I can't wait to come back and see if the food can be a little more consistent..
