There aren't many salad bar options since Covid and this was a real treat to build a salad with all my favorite things. I made a southwest salad with corn, black beans, tomatoes, bacon, cotija cheese, barbecue chicken and avocado. We found a seat at one of the tables and shortly after, our sandwiches were served. The Fancy Italy had finely shaved prosciutto, goat cheese, spinach and fig spread. The ham was sliced so thinly it was easy to bite through and chew.
