One other note: When I arrived and found out Anna wasn't actually working on the day of my appointment and someone else would be doing my nails, I also found out that no one else there is able to do nail designs. The style I wanted was simple, with only 2 colors and a few lines but the manager told me I would have come back a different day if I wanted any kind of design. I left with so much product under my nails that I had to file off when I got home, to find that underneath it was uncured gel on my skin that I had to wash off with acetone. A few days later, I got painful blisters on my fingers where most of it had been. I figured, one really bad manicure, bad experience, I just know not to go back. But weeks later and I still have scarring where the worst blisters were. I haven't done my nails since and have only cut them not not agitate them any more. Another time where they basically rushed me out the door no hand massage or lotion on my hand's as they were closing. The woman at the register at closing didn't want to reopen the register to let me use my debit card. Instead she said to use the ATM as the register was closed to withdraw cash. Which I did and was charged two fees one by my bank and by their ATM machine. If you know that dip nails take a long time they should either not take the customer and ask them to please make an appointment. I do not like being rushed and not fully serviced and then they expect a tip too!!!
