I came in for a pedicure, I haven't had one in a very long time so I was a little concerned about the abysmal state of my feet. I chose a callus treatment and spa pedicure with polish. I was super comfortable and the massage was great. My feet look and feel amazing. My tech went above and beyond. I'll be back again soon. Also prices are very fair. read more

Having been to Boston, D.C. and other great places up and down the east coast, The Nail Spa is still my favorite. I've been coming here a few times a year since I was 15 (28 now). It's also the only place my mom goes to. The original pedicure lasts about an hour and has exfoliation, moisturizer, and thorough color application. It never chips and always has that shiny, professionally-applied look. Their Covid precautions are great, including enhanced ventilation, social spacing, mask enforcement for guests and staff, staff use of face shields, and additional shields at the mani stations. They also implement more thorough sanitation of surfaces than before. I trust this place as a nurse for implementing the best precautions they can for covid and before in terms of regular salon needs. This is my favorite high quality and deeply relaxing pedicure! They seriously spend an hour on each guest for the original one. Be prepared to tip because they definitely deserve it! read more

This is one of the few nail spas that spend the time to trim your cuticles properly (hands and feet). One of the best pedicures and manicures I've ever gotten. Properly exfoliated my feet and they even massaged my shoulders. Most places have stopped this service. I will be back. read more

Unprofessional. I LOVE the nail spa 2, but they were closed today. I decided to give this place a try for the second time after being overcharged the first time. I was not only overcharged again, but they weren't what I wanted. I had an appointment but was overlooked and "left" half way through, to another customer who came and LEFT before me. My girl kept throwing the cotton swabs down on the table like I was inconveniencing her by being there! Made my whole experience very uncomfortable and awkward. (Not all the staff was this way). The place was very clean and looked very nice but my nails came out terrible. My mom got acrylics and I got an acrylic fill which took 2 hours to do. Even after telling the lady exactly what I wanted and making her fix them when i didn't like them, all my nails were different lengths and shapes. It was way too expensive for both my mom and I's nails to come out looking bad, especially after it taking 2 hours to do them. We were very disappointed with Nail Spa and will not be returning. We'll stick to Fancy Nails, who always has our nails looking perfect and will be fixing the terrible job Nail Spa did. read more

I hate to give them one star because I've had amazing pedicures and manicures from the staff at the Nail Spa. My issue is with integrity. I purchased a gift certificate for my sister and it was thrown away with the gift bag because she didn't know it was in there. I stopped in to ask for a replacement and was turned down. When I made the purchase, the girl at the counter wrote the sale down down as a record. Also, the gift certificates are numbered. However when I provided the gift certificate number and my credit card receipt, asked that it be voided and a new one issued, the owner told me she didn't have records and couldn't do that because someone else might find it and turn it in. So they have $48.22 of my money that I can never get back. read more

I am so not happy my nail place on water street is closed on Sundays, my boyfriend wanted my nails done we looked up this place and seen it was close and open. I walk in looking for a sign with Prices... Cannot be found the lady asked me what I wanted A French manicure fake nails, she asked another lady can they do that she said yes... My boyfriend paid left for an hour, so the lady was doing her thing and cut my nails uneven okay so what the fake nails are going on top. She massage my hands then brought over the nail polish, I said wait I asked for fake nails and then the lady was like No you said French Manicure and I said yes but with the fake nails... Then she was like you don't want that your nails are pretty, I was like damn okay so you don't want to do what I want you are going to do what you please. Then she said we can do it, but it will be $85...I said fuck that, I pay $35 at my place. Just finish my nails please and I asked her before she put anything on can you fix my un even nails.. She told me they were fine, I liked the massage, I liked the back massage but I hate my nails. Literally I had to lie to my boyfriend and say thank you honey I love them... Because this is something he wanted to do for me. Never again will I be back to this place, karma for me for switching but damn it Water Street please open up on Sundays read more

Got the spa pedicure and manicure here. It was amazing, the best I've ever had. Everyone is friendly and thankfully they have signs asking patrons to be mindful of their cell phone usage so it's not annoyingly loud. I go to the one across from the Target plaza. It is very clean. Everyone is always very friendly. Best foot/calf massage I've ever had. Prices are reasonable for the quality - my pedicures never chip! I would say to schedule an appt because they are usually so busy they don't have time for walk ins or you end up waiting a long time. read more

Here I go.....I have been to this nail salon a few times. Not too many problems EXCEPT the service when you need a repair due to awful lacquer products. I had a french lacquer set done a few days ago and one has already chip in it. When I stopped by to get a repair the "manager" most easily states that they could not possibly do this today...they are too busy. I told the women that a just had my nails done at a cost of 40.00 and that they should not chip. I also had a pedicure done which was very soothing at the time. The polish lasts about four days!! I have been here multiple times and always leave feeling slightly frustrated. The salon is super clean (which is really important to me and probably why I keep returning) but the service can be hit or miss. I have called ahead for an appointment many times and still don't feel like the customer service is there. They constantly shift the customers from nail tech to nail tech if someone walks in wanting service. Sometimes they skip a step because the new person doesn't know where the last left off.....I have even had the manager/owner on the phone while doing my nails, I think its just rude.
