I honestly didn't really like my results, I don't know the one who done my nails but it was the one with the bob. She was very quiet and sizes the nails unprofessionally, she just cuts and doesn't even compare the right way and some of my nails are slanted and definitely different sizes. I don't recommend. The vibe is okay I suppose. I recommend another place or a small business who pays you accordingly and doesn't over price. And one that uses the magnets for sizing. read more

Love this place!! Every time I call, Tina is able to get me an appointment. She's flexible with the schedule and has a good grasp on how long it takes her girls to finish whatever they're doing. Because it's only Tina, Mimi and Amanda- some Patience is required.. but these ladies work their butts off!! Mimi and Amanda always take care of me, and they both are awesome. Mimi's pedicures are amazing, and Amanda is so creative and great at shaping nails! Mimi also does a KILLER mani- I personally always get the gel, and there may be once or twice every few months that it doesn't last, but usually that's my fault. They have a great selection of colors, and are always willing to help you choose a color, or a design! They'll even bring out their new colors that they haven't started to show yet! I've been to a few places around Bristol and this has been the one I go back to every time. The do only take CASH tips- and don't expect them to give you a massage (there's only 3 of them and they're always packed!). Just love these ladies! read more

Great spot in Bristol. Reasonably priced and they do a great job on my nails. They are one of very few places that still offer acrylic.

I came here as a walk-in looking for a pedicure, and was helped right away. They have good colors to choose from, and the people who work here are very friendly. The pedicure was pleasant and enjoyable, though I was surprised my seat didn't have a massager on it (the one next to me did I think). The pedicure was simple, but very good and I am pleased with the way it came out. It was $25 plus tax (and bring cash for tip as there wasn't a line on the credit card receipt to put it on there). It is a smaller space and I wish there had been better ventilation...maybe I'm just overly sensitive to the fumes, but for some reason it seemed to be a bit stronger than some other salons. Also, the other place I had been going to gives shoulder rubs while your nails are drying, which didn't happen here, but besides that it was very good and I would return. read more

This place is so awful and Tina is incredibly rude. She talks about you under her breath and mumbles disgusting rude words about you if you tell her something about your nails that you didn't like. Even if you say it in the nicest way possible, she's just a rude person. Do not give this place your money. I went to this nail shop for the first time without an appointment they said they could see me in a few minutes waited about 20 minutes when I sat down to get my pedicure I stated that I wanted the spa pedicure to the nail tech and she told me not today maybe next time she proceeded to do my pedicure very rushed When I asked her if she was done because she started to lotion up My feet she looked at me and I explained to her that my toes weren't done properly they still needed to be cleaned and my feet need to be scrubbed and she said oh yeah we do that before we put the nail polish on my pedicure sucked I could've did a better job myself at home I will never ever go back read more

I used to go here and was quite happy with the quality. I only get paid once a month & after going for over a year, they increased the price on me to the COST OF A NEW SET EVERY VISIT to make up for the fact that I wasn't coming every week or two. I'll find a spot with fair pricing, thank you. THAT was ridiculous, considering that I always gave Kim a MINIMUM $5 tip. My fills went up to $45 plus tip. That is ludicrous!!! read more

I stopped into this salon for a manicure for the first time as I was rushed and in the area. I went to pay before the polish went on and asked to put the tip on the card- the woman said nothing and ran my card. She then came back very rudely telling me the card was declined. I knew there was nothing wrong with the card and politely asked them to run it again. They were incredibly rude and essentially treating me like garbage- making a scene in front of the other customers. I immediately called my cc company while I was sitting there because guess what- I don't carry a balance and pay it monthly. They told me that they entered the wrong expiration date not once, but twice. I don't mind a genuine mistake, but treating me as if I can't afford to be there was incredibly unprofessional. Ironically, my go to salon is high end and more expensive than this place. During this debacle I have them another card to run which they did correctly- and it came back with nowhere to add the tip. There is NO SIGN indicating that they can't take tips on the cards, no atm in the store, and they didn't tell me I couldn't do it. I left zero tip after having been treated like a pariah in front of other customers- when I usually average 30% for good service. They got what they deserved and I will never be back. read more
