Disappointed with how they handled a Groupon voucher. They looked at me like I had a third eye on my forehead ( they had this tall staff with long hair who acted like she was the know-it-all b***h) when I questioned about the extra charge of $30 for long hair that was not mentioned about while I booked. Only to find out upon their admission that it was only $10 more. Then they charged erroneously without crediting the Groupon voucher that I have already bought. Had I not gone back to rectify that with them they would have scored. Not coming here again. read more

Had my hair trimmed and shaped by Ariel by using a Groupon. Everything was great! Ariel and I decided to try and get to my original hair color. I have been coloring my hair a very dark brown but my natural is more light ash brown. Went back last week and began stage 1 of getting my hair lighter while still maintaining it's health. It definitely got softer and not so dark. Will go back for 1 more stage of a lighter color and I should achieve what I want. Very happy with Ariel and the service at this salon. read more

I genuinely don't think it's possible for me to hype Studio 466 up enough. I went here just after buying a Groupon for a wash/cut/dry at the closest place to my house, I didnt expect anything too spectacular, but boy was I wrong. First and foremost, Christopher informed me in the most polite possible way that I have, in fact, been having my hair cut wrong for the shape of my face for years. I was obviously a little hesitant to believe this, but decided to trust him to cut it the "right" way and holy hell was he spot on. Second, I am not in any way a massage person, but the head massage he gave while washing my hair was such complete and utter bliss that I almost fell asleep in the 10 minutes I spent laying back with my head in the sink. He also made for fantastically amusing conversation during my cut and I left with a bag of goodies including a coupon for a facial. From start to finish my experience here was relaxing, revitalizing, and refreshing. Clearly management over at Studio 466 puts a great deal of time and effort in to assuring the best possible experience for their clients. After my visit I wasn't sure if it was just that I was lucky enough to have Christopher as my stylist, or if they strive for exceptional service in general, but after a look at my fellow Yelper's reviews it looks like it's not just me raving about my experience! read more

Amanda (nail tech) provides outstanding services. Dropped in on a whim, looking to get my nails done for the holiday season. She listens to the customer, doesn't try to up-sell and has a keen eye for outstanding service. I will be returning consistently in the future. The salon is clean with very easy access from the main road (except for a very small sign- it's easy to pass by). Prices are very fair. read more

Cut off 8 inches yesterday at Studio 466 and absolutely love it! Decided to go from straight simple hair to a long bob and was very nervous about it. My hair stylist Donna was incredible and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She walked me through every step during the cut and gave me tips on styling my hair as well. I had my first haircut in almost 2(!) years due to COVID and being a busy mom -- never making the time for myself until now. The staff was friendly, and safety was an obvious priority. I was most impressed with my hairstylist, CJ. My hair was challenging -- thick, styled the same way for a long time, and almost all the way down my back. He took his time and gave me a REAL haircut -- not the 10 minute snip I usually get at other salons. I couldn't believe it when he was done. I looked (and felt) like a new person. I came here after finding a deal for color and cut on groupon and was very happy with the results. I had gotten a chestnut mahogany color, and the color did fade rather quickly. I have been going here for years and could not be happier. I am constantly changing it up with my hair and Eliza always works her magic. They do a perfect job with color and styling and have amazing products. Having thicker hair finding a salon that didn't charge me a arm and leg had been a challenge. Eliza has been styling my hair for years now, even with my living 2 hours away in Boston. She listens and delivers what you are looking for. I've gone from blonde to red to dark brown back to blonde; had her give me bangs and shoulder length hair and now we are growing it out. She helps with product suggestions for hair troubles like frizz or dryness and is just amazing. Everyone here is great and super friendly.
