They always are very helpful when I ask questions and even gave me a recommendation for which color is right for my skin at each time of year to look the most natural since I'm a very pale red head. (I use medium clear in the winter and dark clear in the summer and get so many compliments!) Sometimes the machine wouldn't start and I'd have to pop my head out to ask for help and the girls are always really nice and quick to help restart it. I usually come in kind of close to closing like 15 minutes but they always still let me tan and have never seemed annoyed by it. I really like it here and plan to keep coming! I do wish they updated their hours a little better for holidays and things like that but I just call ahead to find out and they let me know. Highly recommend for spray tans.

I have a usual place in another town but couldn't make it there…read moreso since I'm in this area I figured I would try this place out.. while it looks like a nice place and has cool gifts that I noticed just walking by, I was disappointed in my pedicure. I will not name my nail tech, I am not writing this to bash her, today could have just been an off day, I'm just writing about my experience today. I asked for a classic pedicure and I get a gel polish, I told the nail tech I would like the nails clipped should they need it and shaped as square, she said they would be fine with just a file but then later proceeded to clip them, which looking after, was a bad call because she was right the first time, just a file would have been fine because now my short toes are too short and they were clipped at an angle and she did not clip and shape my big toe which is what I was talking about in the beginning. So I had to fix the smaller toes trying not to make them shorter than they already are now. She polished them nicely with my black color which is hard to polish but she did not reshape them after the polish was dried & I had nail polish on the skin on the side of my toe. I had to come home, reshape and file my big toe then that's when I noticed a smudge on one of my toes which can only happen when they are tacky before the UV light so that's something she did not catch as well, luckily it isn't noticeable unless looked up close. I don't know that I would return for another pedicure, but maybe will try the spa services instead. A bit pricey for what I received but makes sense for the area and it being a spa.

I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now. I had Bridget cut my hair and she was a very sweet girl. Instead of getting a trim like I had planned, I decided to chop off 8 inches of my hair to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths. When I decided that as I sat in the salon chair, Bridget was so excited to do this major cut and it made me more excited too. She was really bubbly and you could easily tell her passion for hairdressing. The cut was nice and simple. She knew exactly what to do and what would look good since I basically gave her creative control. After the cut, she styled and curled my hair for me! That's always something I love having when I go into salons. Overall, Bridget was talented and had a very sweet personality. Three years later, they held up pretty well and I just scheduled my microblading touch up so these brows get back to being on point! The studio was clean and very nicely decorated. She took her time and was professional. The pain was uncomfortable, but bearable. Just put your headphones in and let her do her thing. I pretty much forgot about the pain after i saw my healed brows.
