They we're very humble and apologetic, didn't mention the negative review at all (and when I brought it up they said they totally understood if I wanted to leave it up), sent me a check for the cost of the repair, a nice letter apologizing for the situation, and a large discount on my next move if I were to use them again. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. A 900 dollar quoted job cost me over 2200 because of his inexperience in moving, arriving without proper equipment, including the right size trucks as well as his additional hidden fees. He charged me a $250 additional trip fee. He is not insured until this day has not replaced or refunded the cost of my damaged items, and refuses to return any of my phone calls I don't recommend this company to anyone particularly women in which you will be vulnerable to his scams and manipulation.
