Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. An outstanding moving experience from beginning to end…read more From my very first call for a quote to the moment the last item was moved into place, I felt completely taken care of by the Bullseye Movers team. I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. Campbell has clearly done a fantastic job building a team with a completely different culture. Everyone was courteous, positive, hardworking, and incredibly conscientious with my belongings. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. It will help them give you the most competitive and realistic price from the beginning. Moving isn't inexpensive, particularly when you're going out of state, but Bullseye was absolutely worth it. Professional, careful, hardworking, friendly, and trustworthy from start to finish. I would hire them again without hesitation and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Chris is an absolute Tetris genius. I'm pretty sure he used every cubic inch of that truck and made it all fit without issue. We labeled our boxes with the rooms they belonged in, and the crew placed everything exactly where it needed to go in the new house. They also took great care in protecting our furniture, which gave us a lot of peace of mind throughout the move. One thing we really appreciated was their help with disassembly and reassembly. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. If there's truly a reimbursement in full for the brand new dresser and trench I will update this review again. If not, I'll update this with the communications from your staff.

They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

My hub spoke with 3 organizers who advertise on YELP, submitted requested photos, and was assured that our 2 story Buckhead townhome (we've lived here 17 yrs) didn't present unusual difficulties. Kate, who hub "M" said was 'very friendly and reassuring', spoke with my husband several times, assuring him the entire job could be accomplished in 3 days at most, maybe 3 separate visits, by she and her 2 assistants. Come #1 appt. day, 9 a.m.. a man & woman showed up & began packing every item in and upon downstairs furniture in huge new boxes, taped up. My hub, who was NOT asked or instructed by Kate's crew of 2 whether or how to help, went upstairs where he packed everything in his professional art studio into his saved boxes. By 1:30 p.m. the 2 helpers said they were through for the day (9 a.m.-- 1:30p.m.) and departed, leaving a high stack of huge filled cardboard boxes stacked high at far end of our open plan living/dining area. They said they'd return to work on upstairs bedrooms but next morning someone (not Kate iirc) called hub to say the heft young man had hurt his back packing. Since my hub alone had carried boxes to garage storage bin, I wondered. My hub "M" repeatedly called and emailed "Order by Kate" but from my understanding there was no phone reply or follow-up on proceeding with our project. Before the 9 am - 1:30 pm visit my husband had paid $750.00 in advance to Order by Kate. (We may have a bit too much nice 'stuff' in a couple closets but let me make clear no rooms are remotely dirty or impassible like those shown in TV shows like 'Hoarders'.)
