If you order from the mouse house it's normally to-go unless you dine in and pick a table where ever you'd like. Per staff at mouse house our server would be right with us as soon as we sit down at any table we choose. (Inside Dawg House Saloon) We chose a table closest to mouse house. A server saw us, but disregarded us. So we waited 15 minutes. Still nothing. So my husband ordered at mouse house, but they said we can only have to go since we're ordering ourselves, which was ok since we can take it back to our room. It's MNF. I wanted to watch the game, and drink a couple beers. Still no server. So I went to the bar, got two Coronas, bartender kept apologizing to me because I had told him our server never came to us. By going to the bar we got our drinks faster, by ordering at mouse house we got our food faster. Mouse house staff told us it was ok that we could dine at the table since we got drinks from the bar. As an ex pastry chef & barista I do know what it's like to be busy working in the food industry. I did it for 8 years before choosing a different career path. So customer service is such a big factor. You can easily ask someone "hi have you been helped yet?" "What can I get you" etc etc etc. The Server in our section looked at us, but never came to us. I normally would complain, speak to a manager, go above & beyond but I chose not. Aside from that bartenders & staff inside mouse house were fast, efficient and nice, servers on the main floor I wouldn't know we weren't attended to. Grilled cheese though smacks! The Mouse House is located inside The Dawg House bar next to the casino. They serve breakfast starting at 7am. While staying at the Hilton Resort World, this is where breakfast is since the hotel offers no executive floor lounge breakfast. We had $15 per day per person in our room to spend on breakfast, and luckily, there are a few items on the menu that are just $14 dollars. We ordered the Early Riser breakfast sandwich, which was actually pretty good. The Brioche bun was fresh and soft. The 2 slices of turkey were not fresh sliced, but they were decent. The 2 bacon slices were thick cut and very good, but the star was the 2 over easy eggs. They were good-sized, and the yolk was very orange. Definitely better quality eggs. The cheese was melted into the bun on the top and bottom. Overall , the sandwich was tasty, and the tater tots were crispy and fresh fried. The Avocado Toast was not as impressive because the small scoop of avocado was a bit hard, and the little cherry tomatoes didn't add enough to the toasted rye bread. The coffee was not great, but there is a Starbucks across the plaza floor facing the Dawg House. Service was good and friendly though the food took a while to be prepared as everything is cooked in the Moise House which is really a painted Airstream camper. The ambiance is very much a sports bar with quite a few tv's tuned into different sports channels. When there is something popular going on in the bar, the dining tables have a $20 dollar per person food and drink minimum. I thought the concept was good for a fun place to hang out with friends but not a great place to dine because they have a very small menu, and there are no substitutions allowed from the menu. read more

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Perfect portion with lots of bacon and egg and the fries were seasoned very well and were nice and crispy. I ordered the chicken and waffles and the hot tots. Location was nice and with many large screen TVs with lots of sports located within the Dawg house area at World's Resort Casino in Vegas. The fried chicken and waffles was just a Belgium waffle with 3 tiny fried breaded chicken strips. Very unimpressive. The hot tots seemed like a great idea, but not much toppings on these hot tots, I got the tots, but barely any jalapeños and "hot" part of the Tot. So just got cooked tots... Overall, it was a convenient spot to sit down and relax, but not the best meal. I would not recommend this spot. There are several other brunch Spots that do better Service was not great either, took a long time to get service and wait time for the food was long even tho there wasn't many patrons there at the time. read more

I have 15 minutes on my break from a poker tournament. I order a grilled cheese to go. It's $15 and comes with fries, lol. There are 4 employees working and there is one order ahead of me for two sandwiches. Within 2 minutes I see an order of fries which I presume is mine and they are waiting on my grilled cheese. After 5 minutes the order in front of mine is complete and sitting there. After 12 minutes my order is still not complete. 12 minutes and you can't finish making a grilled cheese? Four employees for 1 grilled cheese. It's literally toast and cheese, nothing fancy, Is this a joke. The place isn't busy . I thought I was being pranked. I ask one of the employees what's going on and he just shrugs. I had to leave without my food. Great business model, collect the money and then don't cook the food. I'm sure those fries would have been excellent after sitting there for 10 minutes. Complete joke. Place shouldn't be allowed to be open. Cool new spot in a relatively brand new casino (Resorts World) specializing in gourmet grilled cheese. Ordered the "Wake and Bake" grilled cheese filled with fried egg and bacon. The grilled cheese came out fairly quickly and was very, very solid - would grade a 4/4.5 out of 5... very tasty. Was pricy at $14 BUT the grilled cheese comes with a free side of tater tots, which were also good, though had an unexpected, slightly sweet tinge I was not expecting. But overall the food was very good and service was quick and good... would go back again. Nice to see a spot that specializes in one of my favorite foods! read more

The waiter who greeted us was very nice and very attentive, providing us extra plates and refilling our water without asking. The food was really great as well. The chicken and waffles tasted absolutely delicious, with the chicken being soft, tender and juicy and the waffles perfectly crispy and chewy. The tots were delicious as well. We ordered Chicken & waffle, hash totes, Caprese sandwich for breakfast. All of them are tasty and well done. We especially like the caprese sandwich, fresh and yummy. The shop is conveniently located near the slot machines with a lot of big screens showing Sports stuffs. The waiter was very attentive. We shareed our hash totes. I was staying at the Crocksford and was able to use the breakfast credit here. Ordered chicken and waffles and a bacon, egg and cheese with tater tots. Food came out quickly and nicely packaged. We are locals and we're so excited to visit Resort World for their one year celebration. We went to the Bus to order a grilled cheese. After waiting for a moment, The cashier tries to move is to a table. We say ok. Then the waitress never comes so I order from the bus as I intended. When the food is ready, we sat at a table to eat. The waitress we waited for came over and tried to get us to leave the table while eating our ordered food. I again stated, we are locals, why are you being so confrontational and rude? I was taught to try everything twice. Arrived late on the first night into Las Vegas - Resort World and found the only place that was open was the mouse house. They were out of hot dogs so we ordered a pulled pork sandwich. The pork was extremely salty and bread was stale. 3 days into our stay I told the wife needed to try the famous hot dogs. Ordered hot dog with the pineapple relish. The bacon was extremely salty this time around as well. I decided to inform them but was met with "that's how we get you to buy our beer, haha". I gave this three stars due to the hotel and ambiance of spot or this would have been an easy one star. read more
