Great burgers and exceptional fries and curds. I ordered the Mighty burger. Huge crispy chunk of lettuce, red onion that didn't overpower the burger and the bun was toasted perfectly. The french fries were salty, and delicious. The cheese curds were battered in angel kisses and fried to gooey perfection. Washed it all down with a fruity sour from Denver Beer Company. As visitor to Colorado, I am always looking for the best food they have to offer and my family suggested we go to old town for the "best burger" which is always a fun challenge for a Yelper :) DANNNNNNGGGG did they deliver! I was blown away with the flavor of this burger and the crispy tater tots were top notch. COVID limited the menu a little, but that is understandable. Komucha on tap is always the way to my heart and probably the best I have ever had! Outdoor dining was nice and spread out for our party of 8. I wish we were able to get a better view of the inside and kitchen that is actually an airstream. Very cool. I am going to give 4 starts for one reason and I wish I didn't have to :( There were two guys working and from the minute we walked in, they were pretty abrasive. Very short and snappy pretty much the entire time we were there. Well the meal was decent until the bartender decided to be a bitch about us asking for ice for a glass of water. Apparently they are "a brewery and breweries usually don't have ice" I can deal with that but the way it was delivered could have been a lot nicer. The concern I have with bar food with "good reviews" is when you're drunk anything hot, greasy and heavy tastes good. That's why Taco Bell is open til 2am or later. That being said, don't believe the hype, pre-formed beef patties, no real flavor from any of the ingredients, if you order a bacon burger you better be able to smell the bacon not just fry grease coming from the kitchen. We've had their burgers at least a dozen times while we were at Denver Beer and they have gotten progressively worse. Salty and overcooked seem to be the common theme. This is the best burger in Colorado. I haven't been to the OG Mighty at denver beer co but they have a new extension at Upslope in Boulder. The staff is amazing and so happy to serve even 10 minutes before close. The burger is juicy, exploding with flavor and so tender. I highly recommend customizing your burger. They have incredible toppings with must add bacon. The tots and truffle fries are cooked perfectly. If Marshall were walking the streets of the Front Range, this would be the place he and Regis would finally claim as the "burger". read more

If this place was more consistent, it would be easy 5. Sometimes the burgers are a 5 and other times a 2 or a 3. It all depended on who is cooking. The cheese curds and fries also vary on who is cookings. Sometimes curds are incredible and other times they are mediocre. Great prices though! So either way you get a 2,3,4,5, it still is good value. If they do it right, it's amazing. read more

Had a great tasting burger here (the mushroom mighty), and since these guys hand their hats on good burgers I was stoked they delivered! For a "food truck" (they are permanently inside Denver Beer Co brewery) burger was a bit steep at $11.50 but it did include fries. The fries were seasoned well but had been fried too long, just too crispy and overdone. My girlfriend got a chicken patty for her sandwich and she immediately wished she'd gotten a burger. Wasn't a very high quality patty and just not tasty overall. Since the chicken is a $1 upcharge from the burger, they should have knocked it out of the park with this one, but I think it fell short compared to the burger. Service was quick for a Friday night and I could definitely see myself snagging a burger here again, but for the prices I think the overall food quality just wasn't there. Looking forward to giving it another go in the future and would bump up to 4 or 5 stars if the fries and other parts of the meal improved. read more

Awesome burger. Nothing fancy, but one of the better ones I've had. I had I got the double (it was HUGE, I could've done a single) with jalapeños and crispy onion (an onion ring). I like that you can personalize it with any number of add-ons. Prices are extremely reasonable too, about 13 bucks for a gigantic burger that could feed 2, with premium toppings and a side of fries. They share the space with Denver Beer Co, so you grab a table, grab a drink from the bar and then go order your burger. I do wish they offered liquor or wine for folks who don't drink beer, but I understand why they don't. The ambience is very chill here, there's a nice big sunny patio. Seems to be a popular hangout for 30-something's in the area, and I can see why. read more

It's always a shame when an establishment leads a customer engagement with "we close in 15 minutes but we're not serving anymore". If you're advertised to be open to a certain time, then stick to it. If you can't stick to it, then publish a different closing time. And if you really have to close down early, dont tell a customer that you're supposed to be open for longer before saying you can't take their order. Keep a consistent message, it's not that difficult. The peppers in the 3 chili should also be spicier, for the record. read more

Been pretty hesitant to go to places to eat during COVID but since it was a special occasion, we (my sister-in-law and mother) took the plunge. And not only was I impressed with the accommodations; the outdoor seating was quite organized and with the mist system keeping the heat down, it was refreshing. But the food too was simple yet delicious. I love options especially at burger joints but sometimes I like the simplicity of few options and quick topping decision making. The burgers were well worth the size for the dollar, good heaping of fries (they were a tad saltier then I usually enjoy but crispy goodness that I tried to finish them either way). For three adults and tip it was $50. None of us drank any of the tap which this place is obviously a specialty of good beer but having delicious food in a nice setting for the afternoon is memorable. Definitely coming back here or at the very least for the mean time, swinging by for a takeout burger rather then hitting a drive through. read more
