I brought in a difficult repair and Bruce went overboard to make sure it was fixed right.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Sales Management and No Follow-Up…read more We visited this Honda dealership as we begin shopping for a new Honda Pilot. Our goal was simple -- to understand current pricing and trade-in value so we could compare across multiple dealerships before purchasing by the end of the year. Our salesperson was polite, but the sales manager, Joe Jemley, was shockingly rude and dismissive simply because we mentioned that we planned to compare pricing from multiple dealerships. He actually questioned whether they "wanted to give us pricing" on a car and refused to provide a trade-in value for our vehicle. His attitude throughout the interaction was abrupt, condescending, and completely unprofessional. After the visit, I reached out to our sales rep and asked for someone above Joe to contact me to discuss the situation. I was told the GSM, Trustin Hampton, would call me the next business day -- that call never happened. I then called the dealership myself and asked to speak with Joe Jemley's manager, Chris Denny, and was transferred to his voicemail. That call was never returned either. This experience reflects a complete failure of leadership at multiple levels. Joe Jemley's conduct showed a total lack of professionalism, and the fact that no one from senior leadership followed up only reinforces the poor culture and accountability at this dealership. We will not be returning, and we strongly recommend visiting AutoNation Honda or Rusty Wallace Honda instead -- their professionalism and customer service were exceptional and a night-and-day difference from what we experienced at Airport Honda.

He was actively playing on his phone when he got asked to help us, then said that to us. Everyone else was super nice and I really wish we didn't get directed to him. Well we went and bought a new car somewhere else. The guy who said that was Greg. Super rude for no reason. Definitely will not be back. Felt like we were treated badly because we look young.

They are HORRIBLE AND LIARS. Last Tuesday we called and made an appointment for Friday (their…read morechoice). We dropped our vehicle at 9 am as we were told. By 2 pm when we had not heard anything, I called for a status and no one answered. I called again at 3 and left a voice mail. At 4 after no one returned my call, I called again only to be told that they hadn't looked at it because they had a "problem child". Vehicle was never looked at on Friday. 9:45 Saturday Bev called and gave diagnosis, got approval and confirmed it would be ready by 3. AGAIN, I called at 2 after not hearing anything and was told there was yet another vehicle on the lift and my vehicle would not be done by closing but would be done "first thing Monday ". Monday I called at 10 and Bev told me again, that they were working on someone's lights. I told her to put the key in the car and we would come and get it. My husband was there in 30 minutes and low and behold they were working on it on our vehicle. Took them one hour for the repair. Bev told my husband she was confused with another Escape (there was no Escape other than mine it was an Edge). As stated it took an hour so they could have still made the repair when I called on Saturday but apparently didnt feel like it. When I called Bev after my husband left on Monday, she still kept changing her story. She was confused, then our vehicle had been looked at on Friday, it was on the lift when we called... whatever twist she could put on it. If you value your time and expect to be treated with an ounce of respect and not lied to DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. Apparently if something better comes in, or someone they know, you'll get booted to the back of the line EVEN if you have an appointment
