I love The Patty Wagon and we need it to stay in Paradise! Janice makes the absolutely very best…read morecheeseburgers and Philly cheese Steak Sandwiches that I've ever had in my life! She's the best of anyone else on The Ridge in my humble opinion. I'm addicted and crave her food at least once/week. When I asked her about some of her ingredients, I found out she uses quality food ingredients such as Rib Eye in her Philly Cheese Steaks and good quality lean hamburger for her burgers. Her fries are always crunchy...I try not to have them too often but they're so good it's difficult. Lol The Patty Wagon moved recently in the 8000 block on Skyway and has many more tables/seating. Plus lots of shade and protection from the rain now. So that's extra nice for me now. I also found out recently that she was one of the first places to open after the Camp Fire. She wanted to help feed all the workers on The Ridge and she also helped feed some people who were literally homeless pro fire. Thank you Janice for toughing it through the difficult financial times and dealing with some of the initial reconstruction.

I had creamsicle orange, it's really good. I had a chili dog with onions, cheese, and jalapeño. Faydra, the owner was very friendly and she even cut the dish up to make it easy to eat. While I'm staying in town, I will be going back. Highly recommend. Parking is easy, and the entrance and exit is good.

I haven't had a hot dog at Wienerschnitzel in years. I don't remember them being on the small side! There was very little chili on the dog but it was passable. It brought back memories of going there once in awhile with my parents after swim practice. The best deal is to go on Wednesdays where you get 4 chili dogs for 4 bucks! I am not sure if you have to sign up on the app for that great deal. Drive thru looked pretty busy. I like that they have ice cream cones ( dipped with chocolate or 2 other flavors). One negative note: the kitchen prep area did NOT look clean. They need to fix this!!

I've never had a hot dog with tomatoes and peppers on it before, but it was so good. The spice complimented the hot dog well. Neither of us were a fan of the potato salad but if you like a spicy potato salad, you might like it. We will definitely get a hot dog from there again though! There was a bit of a line but it went by so fast. I guess that's why they're called Fast Weenies lol. The two women working were super nice as well!

I got a Casper Dog with everything on it and a potato salad. When you state homemade for 42 years, there's no way I'm not trying it! This is where my review is going to differ from the majority that I see here and maybe I just have different tastes !!?? but I wasn't happy with the food at all. The hotdog itself had a weird consistency and the casing was strange, making a squeaky sound against my teeth when I bit down. The toppings were fine, but it was really messy and kind of offputting to have a ton of cold toppings with a lukewarm hotdog. Costco hotdogs are better in my opinion. The potato salad was OK. I can see see how people would love it and it's got a good spice to it; however, it wasn't my thing and actually left my tummy feeling a little yucky after eating everything. Great concept, but I don't think I'll be back .
