When we got our food, the boys' burgers were not the way they had ordered them (one had cheese and the other had tomatoes). And it wasn't clear was whose was whose. I LOVE pretzels and I got the lightly salted pretzel. A bit pricey but it was worth it. Soft and fresh! They also serve different flavored pretzels such as pretzels with pepperoni along with sodas. I will not pass on a pretzel to share with mustard! It's located near Kay's Jewelers and the Xfinity entrance. Definitely will get another one next time I am shopping at this mall!

Came in 45 mins before closing time and was told they can't make anything since they close in "less…read morethan an hour". "All we have is what's left in the warmer" which was literally nothing. What's the point of having hours of service if the employees flat out refuse to make something while their still on the clock. 3rd time I go in hoping for an item that was either not in stock or was denied because the employees want to go home early. I work food industry and closing 45 mins before they are actually supposed to close is ridiculous. Terrible management.
