We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

She originally said they'd be ready tomorrow, but when I joked and asked how much extra to have them done today, she smiled, gave me a fair price, and made it happen. Great service, attention to detail, and a friendly attitude. I walked out knowing my shirts are in good hands--and soon I'll be a happy camper with two crisp, white shirts ready to go. I brought in 2 linen shirts, 1 pair of linen pants, and 1 pair of dress pants for dry cleaning, and everything came back looking fantastic. What really stood out was the linen pants. They had a stain at the bottom of one leg that other dry cleaners either missed or couldn't remove. Island Dry Cleaners got it out without any issue. Every piece was also crisply pressed. The service was fast and friendly. I dropped everything off Tuesday morning and received a text notification Wednesday late morning saying my clothes were ready for pickup -- a full day earlier than expected. Pricing was $7.50 per item, which is a little higher than what I'm used to paying, but absolutely worth it for the level of quality and service received. I'll definitely be back.

There are 4 different sized washers and 2 sizes of dryers to choose from. Great place to wash your comforters. Good prices too. Washer prices range from $3 to $7.50 depending on the size of washer. Medium dryers are 7 minutes per quarter and 6 minutes per quarter for large dryers. 2 changes machines, this is a cash only business. There is a/c, good music and chairs for you to sit on while you wait. You can also drop your laundry off and they will do it for you.

Let me start by saying that I come here only for super wash (just found out that across the street…read morehas super wash though ) I put $40 on my card went to the super wash machine put in $12.00 then you need to put an additional $1.00 so I tried and it said machine busy!! And would not do super wash so after 20 minutes looking for an employee . I decided to try the other large machine next to it. Same thing machine busy. So after 10 minutes of looking for an employee I went to another machine at a different area. Everything worked as designed. So about 15 or 20 minutes later the employee pulls up. She gets out of the car and I start to explain and she says wait I gotta and the door closed. I saw her start talking to my daughter by the machines. I walk in and she right away says if I can make the machine work you are not getting a refund . Then give me your card. ??? She wants me to spend another dollar of mine to prove I'm wrong so she don't have to reimburse me?????? So I lose an additional $2.00 if it works. But I have been trying to get it to work several times so I knew it would not work. And the machine shows a $11.99 credit per machine and both machines say machine busy. And of course I gave my card and try and try she could not make it work. So she puts my card in the card slot up front and reviewed my recent transactions for like 7 minutes . It's like today there were two transactions for $11.99 what else could prove that you don't owe me $23.98? Then she says it's policy not to refund . I tell her she can simply put my card in and credit the money back to my card . She insists she is not capable of. I. Point out a time when she did just that for $4.00 she paused as if thinking then said I don't think I did ! Then said she does not have that capabilities. Then she said she could reimburse $1.00 I clearly ask why .! She says it's policy That if you spend $11.99 and it does not let you have super wash then you only get $1.00 . I obviously believe she made that up on the fly. Do I say ok let me get that $1.00 per machine and she says ok let me see your card. !!!!! Really no capabilities of a refund huh ??? Wow! ?? So no refund I don't want two dollars! I want someone to meet me at any charity and them hand over $24.00 to any charity ! This is not about $$$ or greed this is about fraud and theft from big business. Now fraud , false advertising , politicians lying to public on tv . Is everyone big business too big to arrest? Or fail? Cause scumbags like this just keep getting away with it.!!! I don't want the money but I don't want the crook to get away with the loot! So any charity or donation box or church hand them the $24.00 that was deviously stolen ( once you see your error and still keep the money it is no longer an error) so yea stolen money. And they should match that $24.00 and give the charity $48.00 But that's not the way the rich get richer. They do it by committing fraud and crying civil matter. Because police do not know about fraud , cyber crimes ect . So it is overlooked fraud.!
