I took two documents in to be mailed with tracking available. They were very nice and mailed them, I thought, The documents never went anywhere, they couldn't be tracked. I had to return a product a week and a half later that used a Fed ex shipping label which had been mailed to my phone so I went there to print and mail. They charged me 50 cents to print the label and did but needed personal info on me. I know why now, they are criminals. I asked the old man working there, why my documents mailed a week and a half earlier weren't trackable, he yelled at me that "he didn't like being accused of not mailing them" (I hadn't accused him of anything, this old guy had a hairpin trigger of a temper and was obviously guilty). He harshly yelled at me to forget my documents, it wasn't his problem. These people are crooks, don't do business here. It's a bad place to be. The owners wife has made untrue comments below, this guy was angry, agitated and belligerent the second I walked in the door and remained that way. read more

In Southern Oregon, especially Ashland, you aren't gonna find a lot of "brand" stores. The area prides its' self on a local approach to shopping for anything of value. It's the first town I have lived in without any golden arched outlets.The Mail Stop in Ashland is a well equipped private mailbox store that isn't a chain; nor does it look like or feel like it was just hatched from a corporate mold. The staff is exceptionally courteous and goes out of their way to resolve your issues. I have been using a private mail box with the Mail Stop in Ashland for a while now and ma very satisfied. They also ship FedEx and UPS. If you need it, they can fax your stuff or receive it too. I saw that western union sign in the window so that is another service. They have shipped material for me flawlessly and I have no complaints with 'em at all. Check 'em out, they are across the street from SOU next to the 7-11 store. read more

This business is very professional and helpful From 2003 to 2006 I worked overseas and arranged for mail forwarding. The previous owner not only did not forward mail, they "disposed" of same after one year. The new owners/operators, Lauren and Christian, have been a pleasure to work with after they acquired the business. The Mail Stop is wonderful! I've had to mail many, many packages there, and I've never been disappointed. They'll compare all the carriers (PO, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.) and find you the least expensive or fastest route. They've provided boxes, packing material, and shipped all over the world for me.
