Two days later the package arrived at its destination. However, with the incorrect street, USPS was not able to deliver it. It was held there for a week. Then returned to Rick. With all the delays due to his error, my friends gift finally arrived 7/25. He never once apologized nor did he offer any type of compensation. He kept trying to direct blame to the USPS. I used to enjoy doing business with Rick. It seems customer service and attention to detail are no longer a priority. Will not do business again.
