    I had my unit on auto bill pay and the card expired, the staff didn't give me a courtesy call or a…read morenotice until it was past due 60 days at which point I received a lien/pre auction notice. I called the front desk to make a payment and during the call the woman at the desk became very defensive when I mentioned I would prefer to receive a notice prior to the lien notice (state requirement is to be notified prior to this). She became very emotional and was upset I stated I felt the lack of any attempt to reach me was "lazy" at which point she tried to bait me into an argument which I had no interest in talking to her aside from running my card. When I told her as much she hung up on me. I called back to pay the bill and she started to berate me on the phone and refused to accept the payment. Since the unit is in lien she is required to take my money to prevent unlawful sale of my unit. I called a third time and just asked to speak to someone else, I got the phone number of the manager Barry who was off duty and called him. Eventually I reached him and was able to just give him the card information without the drama. I just wanted to pay for my unit on auto bill pay and to receive notice of some kind prior to them trying to auction my unit. THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, literally the worst I have seen from a storage facility. This lady should be fired, her sole purpose is to conduct transactions. Just run my card and take my money, I shouldn't have to interact with a horrible associate to make this happen. I shouldn't have to contact the manager who is off duty and not on site. Other than that I've had a pretty uneventful rental here. Unit is dry and my stuff isn't under any threat except form going to auction unnecessarily. 0/5 stars for the detestable lazy staff that want to argue instead of conduct business. Really poorly run if they keep her around. They charge way too much money for me to put up with this nonsense.

The US postal service is NOT what it used to be, they can't even get a live person for you to talk to when you call in for whatever. They put a package I ordered on the 28Jul in a wrong bin and for a package that was only traveling about a two hour drive from where I bought it, and as a result it went all the way to Nebraska and is now in Colorado and won't be here for at least another 4 freaking days. I don't even go to the local PO for anything as they are a complete SH/T show, with the exception of thei the Post Master there, he was very helpful and didn't talk like he was blowing sunshine up your kazoo. He is the only exception to my many complaints for this local PO. This is not the first time I've had delivery issues with them.

    Every time I drop off prepaid parcels, they don't ship them for days or even scan them in. This…read morehappens every time! There is no point in using prepaid because if you don't hand your package to them and ensure it's scanned in, it will not be sent out for days. You have to take in your prepaid package, stand in line, and make sure the person at the counter scans it. They even told me that if I drop them off, they will not scan them in. This seems to be the way they operate here in Klamath Falls, Oregon. It appears to be a strategy to avoid doing their job. If a package gets scanned and they don't process it, it shows they are not fulfilling their responsibilities. If more people took the time to call the proper channels to notify the post office about what's going on, maybe we could see some change and have some of these complacent, lazy, and incompetent workers replaced. I feel so bad for those with online businesses; I'm sure they often face suspensions for breaching terms and conditions when packages are just sitting there or disappearing

    First off, let me say that I have moved many times across the country and I am well versed in…read morepacking and moving and have a healthy understanding that sometimes things get damaged! This move was from Medford, OR to CA. PNMS was hired to pack up the home and move us. When we met Solomon we were very comfortable with the quote and the process as he explained it to us. From the beginning the communication was poor and responses were slow. We already had work start dates and needed to know the schedule. I want to be really clear that this review has very little to do with the crew, they were awesome. They were professional, considerate of our things and very polite. There was a mix up with the paperwork regarding the insurance and I was asked to sign off with the addition of an insurance company we wanted to use. Austin explained this all to me but I needed to ask my husband who we were using for the insurance. Austin explained that I NEEDED to sign but that he would leave the paperwork on the counter for me to complete. I was unaware of the fact that Austin's partner was going into labor and he was dealing with that as well. The following day the crew showed up to pack the truck and begin the drive to CA, Austin was not there and I was informed about his situation at home. The, I assumed, lead guy that day told me that he would try to track down that paperwork before they left...I never saw it, and then they were gone. Fast forward to delivery day, only 2 guys were here to unload 2 trucks at a two story house. Again, these guys worked their tails off and continued to be awesome! Unfortunately, 1 of our 4 plasma screen TVs was damaged during the move. They took a screen shot of the back of the broken TV, sent it to Solomon and I was told that it would be replaced by the exact TV. Then came the grill. A $1,200 grill was destroyed, beyond repair. I looked as if it was rammed by a tree trunk, the dent so deep it broke the steel seal around the door, broke both of the heat gauges so that they don't' work at all. I contacted Solomon about the damages. First thing off he tried to blame Austin for "bullying me into signing paperwork" which i IMMEDIATELY told him that was not the case, I was NEVER spoke to that way. I was really shocked the way he spoke about his crew! After 2 weeks of back and forth phone texts with sending multiple photos of the damaged grill, Solomon chose to ignore any talk about the grill and said he was going to "get a TV from Amazon and send it to us". I reminded him that he received a screen shot of the TV that was to be replaced and he said he didn't get any screen shots!! More back and forth and we decided to request that he just send us the money. He sent us a grand total of $499. All that being said, I would definitely not recommend doing business with SOLOMON SWEGAR. Buyer beware that you are giving your money to someone that has no respect for his workers and will take advantage of any and all loop holes to avoid replacing damaged items. This is my first negative Yelp review ever, but I felt strongly about shining a light on a shady guy!
